| Building decoration industry has always been an indispensable part of China’s construction industry.In recent years,the scale of project investment in China’s construction industry continues to increase,providing opportunities for the development and expansion of Chinese architectural decoration companies.However,the marketization of China’s architectural decoration industry started earlier,the number of private enterprises is huge,and the market competition between architectural decoration companies is more and more fierce.Moreover,architectural decoration engineering projects have the characteristics of complex cost composition,diversified decorative materials,and multifarious work types and procedures,so the cost pressure of architectural decoration engineering projects is great.In the fierce market competition,the key to the competitiveness of architectural decoration companies lies in their project cost management level.However,at present,the project cost management of most building decoration companies is extensive and the cost control level is not high.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the cost control of architectural decoration projects.At present,most of the architectural decoration project USES a target cost method and cost method and traditional cost control methods,such as standar d cost method,there is not to control the project cost and schedule to implement comprehensive,critical and non-critical work did not distinguish between project problems,easily lead to project cost analysis errors and correction measures ineffective,leading to the project cost out of control.In view of the above problems,this paper adopts the critical path method(CPM)and earned value method to design the cost control scheme,and implements it in the case project.The cost control scheme designed in this paper firstly establishes the work decomposition structure of the case project,and then determines the key work of the case project through the steps of determining the project schedule,defining the logical relationship between work packages,drawing the double code network diagram of the project and calculating the time parameters,and formulates and decompositions the project cost objective.After that,the cost control plan set up three cost monitoring points according to the actual situation of the case project.At each cost monitoring point,the cost of the case project was cyclically controlled through four main links: the statistics of earned value management data,the calculation of earned value parameters and indicators,the analysis of the cause of cost deviation and the development of cost correction measures.The results show that the project achieves the cost and schedule target well and achieves good cost control effect.This paper also analyzes the implementation effect of the cost control scheme and summarizes the advantages of the cost control scheme compared with the traditional cost control method.The research shows that the cost control scheme designed in this paper realizes the comprehensive control of the project cost and schedule,and can distinguish the key work and non-key work of the project,which is beneficial to improve the cost control level of architectural decoration engineering projects,and can provide reference for the cost control of similar projects. |
