Research On Landscape Renewal Of Shipyard Wasteland Under Industrial Culture Inheritance

With the change of economic structure,the decline of traditional industry or the adjustment of industrial structure,the emergence of new urban planning theory,the awakening of human environmental awareness,many industrial land in the city gradually migrated to the outside,making the original site an industrial wasteland.Shipyard wasteland is a kind of special industrial wasteland,which is often located in the urban waterfront portal area and has large volume and occupy the unique geographical and landscape advantage.Most of the shipyard wasteland has some problems,such as lack of function,cultural fragmentation,habitat pollution,low aesthetic degree of landscape,blocking the urban waterfront landscape space,which are in urgent need of renewal and revitalization.In recent years,under the background of Cultural Power,our country continues to promote the protection and inheritance of industrial culture.Shipyard wasteland is rich in material and non-material industrial culture elements,so its landscape renewal should focus on the excavation,sorting,protection and inheritance of industrial culture of old shipyards.However,there are still some problems in relevant cases at present,such as blind demolition and alteration,superficial content and simplex means of industrial culture expression.How to fully explore and vividly express the connotation of shipyard industrial culture by scientific and reasonable means,and at the same time balance multiple benefits,and strive to improve the effect of industrial culture protection and inheritance has become a difficult problem at present.Based on this,this study takes industrial culture inheritance as the entry point and foothold,and Nanjing Jinling Shipyard as the empirical object to explore the landscape renewal strategy of shipyard wasteland under industrial culture inheritance.Firstly,this paper systematically combs the theories and practices of landscape renewal of industrial wasteland and shipyard wasteland at home and abroad,further clarifying the importance and significance of relevant research,and at the same time finding deficiencies and areas to be improved,so as to better carry out follow-up research.Secondly,differentiate the related concepts of shipyard wasteland and industrial culture heritage,establish basic theory of shipyard wasteland landscape,including its classification,composition of industrial culture and landscape characteristics,to further grasp its connotation.On this basis,analyze and summarize the basic theory of landscape renewal of shipyard wasteland,including its influence factors and the main mode.Thirdly,this paper points out the internal relationship between the inheritance of industrial culture and the landscape renewal of shipyard wasteland.Then,by means of literature research,case analysis and field research,this paper takes Qijiang Park in Zhongshan,Riverside Green Space of Shanghai Shipyard,Jiangyin Shipyard Park,Zhijiang Ship Industrial Site Park in Hangzhou,Crescent Park in the United States and Zhenghebaochuan Shipyard Site Park as examples to analyze their specific processing methods and industrial culture inheritance effect towards material and non-material industrial culture elements.Then,summarize the problems existing in relevant practical cases at present.Fourthly,construct the landscape renewal strategy system of shipyard wasteland under the inheritance of industrial culture,point out the objectives and principles of landscape renewal of shipyard wasteland under the inheritance of industrial culture,and build a renewal method system combining qualitative and quantitative methods.In the method part,on the overall level,this paper put forward the method of using analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the value of material industrial cultural remains,and then to construct the industrial cultural landscape structure,which is used as the general lead to carry out the subsequent specific design.At the local level,this paper respectively proposes the methods of designing the interactive industrial cultural landscape space,the methods of reusing the elements of the material industrial cultural remains,and the methods of reproducing the elements of the intangible industrial cultural remains.This strategy system provides solutions to problems in the current cases mentioned above.Finally,take Jinling Shipyard as the empirical object and carry out the specific landscape renewal design based on upper planning and status investigation and analysis.Thus applying theoretical strategy system to the practical design.This paper innovatively takes industrial culture inheritance as foothold and carries out a targeted study on the landscape renewal of shipyard wasteland,systematically sorts out the industrial culture composition of shipyard wasteland,explore and build a variety of renewal methods as much as possible,so as to achieve a higher effect of industrial culture inheritance,expecting to provide a certain reference for landscape renewal work of related types of sites.
