Application Research Of Situational Design In Public Landscape Design Of Jiangzhou Shipyard

Industrial sites have great value in use.How to protect and reuse industrial sites and how to maximize their value are the focuses of research.Nowadays,the landscape reconstruction of industrial sites are of considerable similarities.It does not pay much attention on creating the historical culture,but biases towards the commercialization of the district,which leads to the assimilation of renovation projects of the Industrial site landscape.Renovation projects sites on the aim of the study is to combine the local culture of typical area and industrial history of industrial sites together,and create a unique industrial site landscape,we can transform the disadvantages into advantages,drive the industrial transformation of the surrounding areas based on the core points,promot economic development,improve industry,and develop the natural conditions of the site so it can meet the needs of modern people.This paper mainly studies on how to apply the method of contextual design to the landscape reconstruction of industrial sites,the method of contextual design includes following the principle of contextual design,conforming to the theme of situational design,and using the method of contextual design to express spatial form,modeling symbols,materials,colors,Lights,plants and other media.This method emphasize the situational experience and psychological needs of people.The methods of contextual design applied in the landscape of industrial sites include the fusion of emotion,scenes and people,the methods of scene creation,narrative techniques and contextual design,interactive techniques and contextual design.Firstly,at beginning of the paper is the introduction part.I found that the current situation of industrial site landscape design lacks culture connotation and multiple forms.Till now,less research on the combination of situational design and industrial site landscape design,also the industrial site landscape design lacks of principles,so this paper tries to apply the method of contextual design to design the landscape design of industrial sites.Secondly,basic theories of “industrial site landscape” and“scenario design” are studied,the development model of rural and urban industrial sites is summarized,and the landscape design cases of industrial sites with reference significance are analyzed at home or abroad.For the contextual design is a development trend,this paper explains the changes of situational design by analyzing the origin of contextual design and the different situational design of classical garden and modern space.Then the paper combines two basic theories which is theapplication of contextual design in the landscape design of industrial sites,then explaining the principles,themes,expressions,techniques and experiences in the landscape design of industrial sites.The end of the paper is the application of the contextual design theory that is the application of the public landscape design of Jiangzhou Shipyard,the characteristics of the shipyard site and the leftover industrial parts are utilized in the design.And these elements are used artistically to creat public landscape spaces.By the situational design method to create cultural connotation and the historical symbolic situation,awakening people's memories of the industrial history of Jiangzhou Shipyard,stimulating the mentality of people,including the nostalgia,yearning for youth,and knowledge of tourists.The situational design provides an effective design idea for the public landscape design of Jiangzhou Shipyard.This research has the significance and value of research.
