The adhesion properties between the asphalt surface layers are crucial.The bonding performance between the asphalt surfaces is very important.However,the integrity of the bonding layer is the most important factor to ensure the bonding performance between asphalt layers.At present,the bonding layer often occurs the phenomenon of track.This phenomenon will seriously affect the bonding performance between the asphalt layers in the missing part of the bonding layer.It will increase the probability of early disease occurrence of slippage,fatigue cracking or spalling.In this paper,the basic properties and trackless properties of nano-emulsified asphalt are studied.The formula of nano-emulsified asphalt was determined through basic performance tests.The road performance of nano-emulsified asphalt as a bonding layer was analyzed.The trackless properties and mechanism of the bonding layer were studied.To provide a basis for the feasibility of nano-emulsified asphalt pavement.First,in this paper,the high rubber modified emulsified asphalt and the prepared nano-Si O2emulsified asphalt are compounded into nano-emulsified asphalt.And according to the softening point,ductility and other basic properties of the evaporation residue,the optimal formulation of nano-emulsified asphalt was determined.Compared with ordinary emulsified asphalt,emulsified asphalt A and emulsified asphalt B.Through basic performance,interlaminar tensile strength,and composite specimen shear strength tests,to analyze the road performance of different emulsified asphalt as a bonding layer.It is found that the basic performance indexes of the four emulsified asphalts all meet the technical requirements of the standard bonding layer.In terms of storage stability and low temperature storage stability,the nano-emulsified asphalt is better than the other three emulsified asphalts.Combined with economical considerations,the optimal spreading amount of four kinds of emulsified asphalt as the bonding layer is determined:nano-emulsified asphalt and emulsified asphalt B are 0.5kg/m2.The emulsified asphalt A and ordinary emulsified asphalt are 0.6kg/m2.The shear and pull-out properties of nano-emulsified asphalt are obviously better than other emulsified asphalt,and it has excellent high temperature interlayer bonding performance.Secondly,the trackless performance of the adhesive layer emulsified asphalt was studied.The trackless performance evaluation system was formed by carrying out heat resistance,asphalt adhesion pulling,and loading wheel tests.From the perspective of thermal stability,cohesive properties(cohesive failure,adhesive failure)and characterization of tracks,the trackless performance of different emulsified asphalts was comprehensively measured.The research shows that the heat resistance test result of nano-emulsified asphalt is the best,which shows that its resistance to high temperature flow is the best.The nano-emulsified asphalt has the best asphalt bonding strength and stronger cohesion,which is characterized by better trackless performance.Finally,the trackless mechanism of the adhesive layer emulsified asphalt is studied.The high temperature grades of different emulsified asphalt evaporation residues were determined by PG high temperature performance classification.Through the DSR temperature sweep test,and based on the trackless threshold interval of the rutting factor G*/sinδ.The maximum allowable construction temperature of emulsified asphalt for four kinds of bonding layers is determined.It lays a theoretical foundation for the development of physical engineering in the future. |
