Deck pavement as an important part of system for bridge traffic system ,can greatly ease impact to deck from the vehicles and can meet request of smooth and comfortable for bridge。The quality of deck pavement become more important。The project do a systematic study on deck pavement relying on the Yumenkou Yellow River Bridge .The project did a survey of disease of deck pavement and summarized the research results.then proposed the contents and methods of deck pavement relying on Yumenkou Yellow River Bridge;The research did mechanical analysis to the bridge through the three dimensional finite-element method, determined the most disadvantaged position of bituminous pavement course for load, compared pavement condition subjected to stress under different thickness combination and modulus combination. stated proper thicknessand modulus ranges;Determined four common flexible pavement materials through Marshall Design Method.With the mechanical calculation results, the research test mechanics and road performance of the four asphalt concrete pavement to concrete Bridge Deck by laboratory. and compared their mechanics and road performance;thingking the performance of bonding layer and waterproof bonding layer required and result of mechincal calculation,the project do a system study to the two layer structure,proposed the new construction technology of the synchronous hot premix gravel waterproof bonding layer. research impact to strength of the two layer structure by different pavement material and determined the optimum dosage. In the project we have researched the impact to strength through the temperature and rut fatigue;According to mechanical calculation results and damage modes, the project simulated the actual state of pavement and compare fatigue properties the double layer composite of the beam and triple- layer composite of the beam;researched the mothods of handling bridge deck,the construction technology of the synchronous hot premix gravel waterproof layer and the SMA bridge pavement.
