| The steel plate reinforced composite(PRC)coupling beam with steel-bars truss deck is a new type of coupling beam formed by replacing the traditional RC slab in the PRC coupling beam in order to adapt to the development of the industrial residential building system,which has higher bearing capacity,better plastic deformation performance,stronger energy dissipation capacity and more convenient for construction.At present,there is few research on the PRC coupling beam with steel-bars truss deck at home and abroad.Therefore,the seismic performance test study of PRC coupling beam with steel-bars truss deck are carry out in this dissertation,the work and achievements are as follows:(1)Completed low-cycle reciprocating load test of 3 PRC coupling beams(one without floor slab,one with ordinary RC floor slab and one with steel truss floor slab),Contrast and analyze the difference in seismic performance the failure shape,bearing capacity,stiffness degradation law,deformation capacity and energy dissipation capacity of PRC coupling beam with different floor types and without considering slabs action,The failure mode and mechanism of embedded steel plate and the damage mode of the slab was studied,and the way and degree of strengthening the bearing capacity of coupling beam with different floor types and without considering slabs action are studied.The experimental results indicate that the steel-bars truss deck can significantly improve the shear bearing capacity,energy dissipation capacity and ductility of PRC coupling beams.(2)Using ABAQUS software to establish a numerical analysis model for the test model,the simulation results are in good agreement with the real test results,it shows that the model is reasonable.The distribution of shear force,axial force and bending moment of steel and steel plate are analyzed,a lot of parameter analysis has been carried out,based on this analysis,the influence of parameters such as span to height ratio,steel plate ratio,longitudinal reinforcement ratio,and concrete compressive strength,upper and lower bar diameter and web diameter of truss on the seismic performance of PRC coupling beams with steel-bars truss deck is analyzed.The analysis shows that the span-to-height ratio,steel plate ratio and concrete compressive strength have a significant effect on the seismic behavior of PRC coupling beams with steel-bars truss deck.(3)Based on the softened strut-and-tie model and the multi-strip model,analysis of the shear capacity of PRC coupling beams with steel-bars truss deck,the theoretical calculation method for the shear capacity of the PRC coupling beam with steel-bars truss deck is proposed,after comparing and analyzing this method,the calculated bearing capacity is compared with the real test and simulated shear bearing capacity in this paper,the results are in good agreement,it shows that it is more accurate to use the theoretical formula to solve the shear bearing capacity of PRC coupling beams with steel-bars truss deck. |
