In recent years,with the continuous upgrading and development of UAV technology,UAV has been widely used in various fields.At the same time,the demand of UAV aviation environment monitoring is increasing.With the development of video tracking technology,anti-UAV technology came into being.But the existing digital anti-UAV platform is relatively expensive,the market demand for low-cost UAV tracking system is increasing.In the anti-UAV system,the cost of PTZ is the main cost of hardware.Currently,PTZ with grating encoder in the market can feedback and control the PTZ angle,but the price is high.The ordinary low-cost pan tilt for monitoring,without grating encoder,can not feedback angle,and is not suitable for anti-UAV system.The cost of using MEMS is low.It can be embedded in the common cloud platform to realize the angle feedback and complete the system functions.In this thesis,a hardware system based on MEMS sensor is designed.The original data of nine axes are collected by MEMS sensor and the algorithm of attitude calculation is realized in single chip microcomputer.In order to test the effect,the upper computer software is used to control the orientation of the platform and display the attitude angle in two-dimensional chart and three-dimensional model in real time,so that the orientation of the platform can be adjusted in time according to the actual requirements.The experimental results show that the pan tilt angle acquisition system designed in this paper can complete the function of nine axis sensor information acquisition and real-time attitude calculation.The collected data and the calculated attitude can be displayed on the upper computer in two-dimensional curves and three-dimensional graphics in real time,so that the head can rotate back to the starting point in any case,and the deviation between the angle value of rollangle,pitch angle and yaw angle after rotation and the starting value is not more than 1°,which meets the actual system requirement.The combination of MEMS pan tilt angle control system and UAV tracking photoelectric system can realize the low-cost UAV tracking pan tilt rotation control system. |
