According to cost and technology, solar energy is mostly limited by professional requirement and used in high precision area, there is still at a certain distance to popularization. This thesis researches on the method to make full use of solar energy. And we hope that the abundant energy will be popular in everywhere that can be shone. Trance mode of sun is technology of SCM to achieve mechatronics, in order to improve the automatic and stability of system.The thesis expounds design procedure of SCM control system and mechanical design. AT89C51 SCM is core of the whole system, and the trace system adopts a combine mode, achieving the advantage of optoelectronic tracking detection mode and Calculation of sun position tracking mode. Using optoelectronic tracking detection mode in sunshine, comparator circuit of photosensitive diode which is transmitter adjusts the position of sun, cooperating with motor to control part of machinery which real-time traces the sunshine, where the mode can achieve sunshine efficiently. Using Calculation of sun position tracking mode in wet weather, position and altitude angle are calculated by software to track the sunshine and ensure the stability of receiving. Software and hardware of the control system adopt design philosophy of modularization, wrote via C51 language; commissioning software and hardware together, then finish working of the system.
