Research And Application Of Shizong Distribution Network Automation Construction Pla

With the advancement of our “Belt and Road” and Yunnan Province’s regional development strategy towards South and Southeast Asian radiation centers,Shizong will have an important development opportunity,higher requirements are put forward for the reliability of power supply and the level of automation in the distribution network system of Shizong.At present,the main power supply modes of the distribution network system are“Single radiation” and“Hand-in-hand”,the system structure is weak,the degree of automation is low and the failure rate is high,it seriously restricts the high-quality development of economy in Shizong area,so it is urgent to upgrade and construct the distribution network of Shizong.In this paper,the distribution network system in Shizong area is taken as the research object,according to our country’s distribution network automation construction standards and Operation Management Requirements,combined with Shizong distribution network line upgrading and reconstruction,new construction planning,the network architecture and function goal of distribution automation system are analyzed,explored and studied in detail.In view of the present situation of economic development in Shizong area,a set of automatic construction scheme of distribution network with suitable degree of automation,low construction cost and easy application on a large scale has been worked out,and selected two lines for the pilot application.After field test and verification,the feasibility of scheme implementation is enhanced,which is beneficial to the automation construction and popularization of distribution network in the same type of county.The paper shows that:(1)the demand of electricity and the structure of distribution network are different from those of big cities,so the research and construction of distribution automation system can not copy the scheme of big cities;The grid structure,load demand and economic development should be fully considered.(2)the construction and investment of county-level distribution network automation system should pay attention to the balance of input and output,don’t completely negate the original equipment,use it when it can,upgrade it when it can,and avoid waste.(3)the study should fully take into account the operational level and professional competence of the county-level distribution network staff,and not increase the technical complexity and operational difficulties that make it difficult for the staff to control.
