| With the rapid breakthrough and development of cutting-edge technologies,such as Internet technologies,big data and cloud computing and so on,intelligent hardware products have more possibilities to provide different kinds of functions and services.The basic theory and method of service design can penetrate into the needs of users,and discovery users’ needs with holistic thinking to deliver value to the customers.The research focus on how to create more attractive products and enhance user stickiness with the method of service design and endless possibilities of intelligent hardware products,in this case,intelligent hardware products can create the maximum value.To achieve these goals,the following works have been done in this paper: First,through the analysis of typical cases,the paper summarized three service characteristics of intelligent hardware products--personalization,intelligence and efficiency;Through literature review,the factors that affect user stickiness--technology acceptance,satisfaction and transfer cost were analyzed from the perspective of user perceived willingness.Secondly,according to the characteristics and relations of the influencing factors,the theoretical model was constructed.Refering to the explain of the factors by other scholars and mature scales,combining wih the experience of researchers,the questionnaire was designed.After that,we used likert’s five subscales for user research.Then SEM was build by AMOS25.0 to examine the model and explore the relationship between each factor and user stickiness.Through the SEM test,it was scientifically verified that the service characteristics of intelligent hardware products can influence the user stickiness by influencing the user’s perceived willingness.Next,based on the test results of the model,it was proposed that we can enhance user stickiness by improving product and service qualities,technology acceptance,user satisfaction and user transfer costs.This paper also discussed the role of service design in enhancing user stickiness,and summarized the process and method of intelligent hardware product service design.Finally,under the guidance of this process and method,the service APP of intelligent face steaming device and the design practice of product hardware were completed to verify whether it is feasible to guide the enhancement of user stickiness with service design.From the perspective of user stickiness enhancement,this paper focused on the necessity of integrating service design into intelligent hardware product design.It also expounded the role of service design in user stickiness enhancement of intelligent hardware product.And the process and method of intelligent hardware product service design were planned.Based on these research,the design theory was enriched,and it provided some new ideas for the research of service design at the user stickiness enhancement. |
