China’s economy has entered a new normal characterized by relatively stable growth.Now,it is in a crucial period of transformation of the growth model,improvement of the economic structure and shift of growth drivers The development of the building decoration industry has entered a turning point,with the acceleration of the industrialization process,the fierce competition in the industry,the increase of consumer demand,and the increasing transparency of cost and price leading to a substantial reduction in the profit level,and so on.These changes have aggravated the survival and development pressure of small and medium-sized architectural decoration enterprises.Faced with complex economic situation and development trend of the industry,small and medium size companies must adopt feasible competitive strategies for improving anti-risk capability.Taking A Decoration Company as the research object,based on the current situation of the industry and the comprehensive research results,this paper analyzes the macro-environment and micro-environment of the industry.It can be seen that A decoration company can grasp the rigid demand for decoration,the strong support of the government,the improvement of people’s income and other development opportunities.But it is also faced with fierce industry competition,increasingly strict government regulation and other threats-In terms of A decoration company itself,the reputation effect brought by strict quality control and the advantages such as building up the cooperation platform help the development of enterprises.At the same time.A decoration company also needs to break through the difficulties caused by insufficient reserve funds,insufficient marketing ability and other disadvantages.According to A decoration company specific situation,this paper chooses the appropriate competitive strategy-cluster-differentiation strategy by using QSPM matrix analysis tool-It puts forward some strategic implementation measures,such as clear market segmentation,building marketing team,strengthening design and construction ability,and puts forward some safeguard measures,such as adjusting organizational structure,adjusting salary system,and strengthening enterprise culture construction.
