In recent years,with the development of China's society and economy and the promotion of urbanization,the development of architectural decoration design industry has mushroomed like a vigorous development,full of vitality.The development of architectural decoration design industry mainly benefits from the development of construction industry,especially affected by the development of real estate industry.With the support of the "two-child policy",China's "demographic dividend" is likely to be the main driving force for the sustained and stable development of China's real estate industry in the long term.The development of real estate promotes the demand of building decoration design industry.In order to gain more market share,the competition in the same industry becomes more and more fierce.In the fierce competition environment,the company does not achieve much though it increases the investment in advertising.In addition,with the development of the Internet,the architectural decoration design industry has more opportunities to enter the international market besides the domestic market.But at present,the company's domestic business in the same industry under the competition repeatedly frustrated,foreign business is no condition to launch.Opportunities,difficulties and challenges coexist.Therefore,in order to achieve better development,the company needs to grasp opportunities and make new arrangements for its development strategy.This article through to the present situation and problem analysis,put forward the problems existing in the company mainly is the company's lack of both short-term and long-term goals and planning on the whole strategy,second is the company's profit and loss management,compensation management,and project management problems and needs to be optimized,so as to solve these problems,this article in strategic analysis combined with five kinds of competitiveness analysis,PEST analysis and SWOT analysis to find out about the advantages and disadvantages of company and will face the opportunities and challenges,puts forward growth,diversification,torsion and avoid the threat of the strategic combination,finally through comparison and selection strategy,Find out that the development strategy of the enterprise should adopt the growth-type strategic combination,and under this strategic combination,first put forward that the enterprise should do a good job in the strategic launch stage to mobilize all the staff to support the enterprise strategy formulation and operation;Secondly,in the strategic planning stage,according to the overall objectives of the enterprise,the financial department made receivables collection and cost control plans,the business department made business plans,and the construction department made engineering plans.Finally in the strategic operation stage each department will carry on the arrangement and the implementation concrete method.Through the construction of corporate culture,optimization of organizational structure,integration of internal and external resources,strengthening of supervision mechanism and formulation of assessment plan,the implementation of the strategy is guaranteed from the spiritual,institutional and material levels.Through the above strategy and operation management plan,the enterprise can have a basis for its future development,stand out in this market environment where opportunities and challenges coexist,so that the enterprise can get better development.
