Voluntary observation ships can collect a large range of marine environmental data,such as meteorological data,hydrological data and other data,which is of great significance to marine environment research and national defense and military construction.These data have the characteristics of high density and massive amount,the cost of satellite transmission is high,and the current satellite communication bandwidth is difficult to meet the transmission requirements of large amount of data.Therefore,the volunteer ship will store the observation data locally and unload it to the shore base station after landing.Although such data transmission mode reduces the transmission cost,it will cause a great transmission delay,thus affecting the accuracy of the observation data.In this regard,through the "store-carry-forward" ship networking,massive observation information can be transmitted back to the shore base station as soon as possible.However,the existing ship networking routing protocol cannot achieve the expected high message delivery rate and low transmission delay when transmitting large amount of data messages.In this context,the existing opportunistic network routing protocol is improved to be applied in the ocean scenario of sea data transmission.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,data blocking routing protocol based on arrival time priority is proposed.This protocol mainly aims at the problem that existing Internet of Vessels routing protocols do not perform well in large amount of data transmission.This routing protocol selects relay nodes by comparing the vessels’ estimated time of arrival.In addition,it adopts block forwarding to transmit volume messages.The simulation experiments are compared with the Epidemic protocol,and the simulation results show that this routing protocol achieves better performance compared to the Epidemic protocol in the respect of the delivery rate,transmission average latency and redundancy rate when the message data quantity is large.Therefore,it is a kind of high efficiency routing protocol of Internet of Vessels.Secondly,a large file selective breakpoint resuming protocol based on sliding window is proposed because of the complex and changeable marine environment and the communication link is easy to be interrupted,the stability is poor.The protocol realizes the function of only transmitting the required data packets when transferring large files by using the idea of selective retransmission protocol in the message transmission process to save communication time and reduce network redundancy.Integrating it into the Spray and Wait protocol and comparing it with the traditional protocol,the simulation results show that the protocol can effectively improve the reliability of message transmission and maintain a low network redundancy rate when transmitting large amounts of file.Finally,in order to verify the availability of the proposed routing protocol in real-world scenarios,a Bluetooth-based Internet of Vessels routing verification platform which named Blue Comm is designed.It reduced the real environment of ship communication in proportion according to the marine environment and the characteristics of ship movement.The client of the verification platform is integrated into the mobile phone system.The encounter of mobile phones is used to simulate the encounter of ships in the ocean,and the data communication in the network of ships is simulated through Bluetooth communication.The network performance of the Epidemic,traditional Spray and Wait and Spray and Wait with the large file selective breakpoint resuming method based on sliding window based on sliding window is verified in the real application scenarios.The experimental results show that,compared with the Epidemic and Spray and Wait,the dynamic data transmission protocol based on sliding window has higher message delivery rate and lower network redundancy rate.The content of this paper is of great significance to the research and development of the direction of Internet of Vessels.The simulation results show that the proposed routing protocol can effectively improve the network performance in the case of large amount of data message transmission in Internet of Vessels.Blue Comm platform can be used to simulate protocol of Internet of Vessels in simulated scene,and it has good practicability when the mobile network is not easy to use.
