In the Internet of Vehicles environment, the vehicle communication performance is very unstable due to factors such as the high-speed movement, speed, and uneven location distribution of the vehicle. Therefore, how to achieve efficient and reliable data transmission in the Internet of Vehicles has become a hot topic of current research. In order to solve the above problems, this article has carried out research work from the following two aspects:(1)Centralized dynamic deployment based on Ant colony optimization Trajectory(CD AT)strategy is proposed.Under the condition of ensuring the connectivity of UAV(Unmanned Air Vehicle,UAV),the position of the UAV in the air can be adjusted according to the vehicle distribution to assist ground vehicle communication, thereby improving the coverage and reliability of the Internet of Vehicles. And perfected the problem of slow convergence speed of ant colony algorithm in the process of selecting nodes.(2)Integrated Air-Ground Routing Protocol for Internet of Vehicles Communication:A Multipath Scalable Video Coding(MultisVC)routing protocol for Internet of Vehicles Video transmission service was designed.Based on the theory of Scalable Video Coding(SVC)and the extension of AODVM routing protocol so that routing nodes can obtain link parameters and other information, the multi-link level code stream assignment algorithm and the maximum switch k-matching algorithm will allocate the code block to the specified link according to the obtained link parameters. The simulation results show that, compared to the single-path scalable video encoding transmission method,MultiSVC can not only guarantee higher video quality, but also the transmission delay can be changed according to the size of the video file, especially if only a lower delay is required. It can complete the transmission of large or small video files, which is very suitable for the changeable car networking environment. In the next research work, the ground road topology can be considered in the deployment control of UAVs,and the road topology can more accurately predict vehicle movement trajectories and communication requirements, and improve the control center’s decision-making efficiency for UAV deployment and the stability of the worldground integrated routing.
