| Under the dual impact of foreign culture and industrialization, the protection of traditional villages and the planning of new villages are facing many difficulties. On the one hand, the improvement of rural living environment and the protection of traditional villages have received attention from the national level. On the other hand, traditional village planning and construction ideas have been shelved, and modern planning and construction ideas are prevalent, which is very detrimental to the protection and development of traditional villages. The street and alley space is the skeleton system of traditional villages and an important place for villagers’ production and life.Studying the street and alley space of traditional villages from the perspective of microclimate can not only improve the living environment of the street and alley space from a scientific perspective, but also facilitate the inheritance of traditional construction wisdom. This article first sorts out the background of the formation of traditional villages, analyzes the climate characteristics of traditional villages in three main categories:waterfront, plain, and mountain, and divides the spatial form of traditional villages. It also classifies the morphological characteristics and material composition of street and alley spaces.Six traditional villages, including Cuandia,Changyucheng,Yangshuxia,Heilongguan,Jiaozhuanghu, and Liugou Village, were selected as the main research objects. The summer microclimate environment of these villages was simulated using numerical simulation software ENVI-met.The hourly microclimate parameter distribution of each village on that day was imaged, and the similarities and differences in wind speed, air temperature, relative humidity and other parameters among different types of villages were discovered.Secondly,a multi-scale indicator system was constructed for these villages in terms of macro street layout, meso street morphology, and micro street composition. The UTCI model was selected as the human thermal comfort evaluation index, and the correlation between each scale index and UTCI was analyzed using SPSS software. Finally,a multiple linear regression equation was obtained.Based on the selected street parameter indicators, corresponding street space optimization strategies were proposed. Finally, the optimization strategy was used to optimize and enhance the design of two typical streets and alleys. After simulation verification, the optimization strategy effectively improved the microclimate of the street and alleyway space. The purpose of this study is to cut into the optimization and improvement of the street and lane space of traditional villages from the perspective of microclimate, draw on the wisdom of traditional village street and lane space morphology in terms of improving microclimate in a quantitative way,so as to better combine other new construction, transformation and protection theories, and jointly inherit the traditional villages belonging to China. |
