With the development of The Times,customers have become a very important asset of enterprises.Once customers feel satisfied,enterprises can get the cash flow faster and even raise their stock prices.As you know,the key point for customer life cycle management is how to identify and acquire loyal customers effectively in marketing management.It can optimize and integrated the resource according to marked demand and enterprise characteristics,let enterprises have sustained competitiveness,keep providing excellent services for the key customers and maximizing the value of customer.BIZ column products are A series of biopharmaceutical analysis products independently developed by enterprises.This study takes advantage of the marketing promotion of the new stationary phase products to optimize and integrate the marketing strategies of the series.The effective use of 4PS,SWOT and other marketing theory tools of BIZ column products marketing status,market performance,market environment and competition of A in-depth analysis,and then through questionnaires and telephone visits and other means of in-depth investigation of customer needs.Five problems existing in the marketing strategy of BIZ column products of A enterprise are excavated,and the core reasons behind the problems are deeply dug.It is found that the core problems encountered in the existing marketing management of A enterprise are not established according to the stages of customer life cycle.Therefore,the study first clarified the overall goal of marketing strategy optimization: to help enterprise A obtain customers.Then,the author uses the customer life cycle theory to reclassify customers and enterprises from strange to loyal,and holds that most customers will go through six stages: attention period,interest period,comparison period,purchase period,use period and loyalty period.Next,according to the different characteristics of each stage,specific marketing strategies for each stage are formulated from the four aspects of product,price,channel and promotion.At the end of the study,suggestions on enterprise investment in human and financial aspects are also given to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing strategies.In the process of developing marketing strategy in this study,pay attention to the combination of A enterprise is facing China’s biopharmaceutical field rapid technological innovation of enterprise environment and digital development present situation,emphatically in the new media content marketing system set up and how to help enterprises to promote more effectively,transfer the core content of the marketing level,hope to help enterprises to better development.
