| With the increasingly serious energy crisis and environmental pollution,traditional energy sources no longer meet people ’s growing energy needs.Rich and clean renewable energy is the future development direction,and distributed renewable energy power generation technology has made rapid progress.However,after the introduction of distributed renewable power sources,the complexity of microgrids and the imbalance between supply and demand sides have increased significantly,which has brought difficulties to the economic optimization and environmental optimization scheduling of various microgrids.With the development of intelligent related technologies,the research on microgrid optimization scheduling methods based on optimization algorithms has always been the focus of scholars.Firstly,this thesis takes the optimization of microgrid scheduling to improve efficiency as the research goal.Considering the two aspects of operation cost and environmental governance cost,an optimal scheduling model with the lowest operation cost and environmental governance cost under islanded and grid-connected operation of microgrid is established.The constraints are given,and the optimal configuration of microgrid is realized by combining different scenarios such as time-of-use electricity price,cogeneration and flexible load.Secondly,according to the operation characteristics of distributed power supply in microgrid,the mathematical models of microgrid units such as wind turbine,photovoltaic,micro gas turbine,diesel generator,gas boiler and energy storage device are established.According to the established optimal scheduling model,the traditional non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm is improved.Through the test of three classical test functions and the analysis of evaluation indexes,it is proved that the improved algorithm has better search ability,convergence and search accuracy.It is also proved that the improved algorithm is more suitable for the optimal scheduling of microgrid.Finally,for the case of microgrid optimal scheduling,the improved algorithm is used to solve the model.Through comparative analysis,the improved algorithm has higher efficiency in microgrid configuration.The scheduling results without energy storage devices are compared.It shows that the energy storage device has the effect of peak shaving and improving the flexibility and efficiency of the microgrid.By analyzing the results of three scheduling schemes in islanded microgrids,it can be seen that for microgrids with stable heat loads,the combined heat and power generation mechanism can reduce the overall operating cost,dispatch flexible loads to cut peaks and fill valleys on the demand side,improve the contradiction between supply and demand side,and improve the stability of microgrids. |
