With the completion and commissioning of a series of large-scale water conservancy projects in the Pearl River Basin, the development and utilization of water resources and hydropower in the basin has entered a critical transition period from construction to scheduling and management. The scheduling and regulation capacity of a single reservoir is limited, and it is difficult to meet the regulation requirements of the entire Pearl River Basin. However, the traditional joint optimized scheduling of reservoir groups mainly focuses on power generation, and it is difficult to give full play to the comprehensive benefits of river basin ecology and navigation. To this end, this paper comprehensively considers the needs of the Pearl River Basin, combined with the scheduling tasks of the water conservancy project in the basin, and takes the backbone reservoirs in the Pearl River Basin as the research object, and carried out a multi-objective optimization study on the power generation-ecology-navigational of the reservoirs in the basin. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In view of the status quo of the Pearl River Basin, the ecological and navigational scheduling needs of the basin were analyzed. On this basis,a multiobjective optimization of the basin reservoir group with the goal of maximizing total power generation, minimizing ecological overflow and water shortage, and minimizing navigational damage was established.Scheduling model. At the same time, considering that the deterministic optimal scheduling scheme is difficult to be applied to engineering practice, and the scheduling diagram is widely used in the actual scheduling process,a multi-objective optimization model of reservoir scheduling diagrams is established with the goal of maximizing annual power generation, minimizing ecological overflow, and minimizing navigational damage rate.(2)Using the NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm to solve the multi-objective optimal scheduling model, obtain a set of non-inferior scheduling plans for each objective;on this basis, select typical schemes to analyze the coupling game relationship between each target, compare and analyze the focus on power generation The similarities and differences of reservoir state variables such as water level and flow among different scheduling schemes of optimization goals, ecological optimization goals, and navigation optimization goals can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the preparation of multi-objective optimization scheduling plans for the Pearl River Basin reservoir group.(3)Research and propose generalization and coding methods for scheduling diagrams, use the NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm to solve the multi-objective optimization model of the scheduling diagrams of reservoir groups, and obtain the set of optimization schemes for scheduling diagrams under different optimization objectives;select the single-objective optimal scheme as the typical plan and the optimized scheduling diagram of each reservoir under the plan are drawn, and the position difference of scheduling lines in the optimized scheduling diagrams and its influence on the scheduling of the reservoir are analyzed, which provides a reference for the scheduling of a group of reservoirs in a river basin that meets the comprehensive needs of multiobjective scheduling. |
