A microgrid is a controllable,relatively independent system consisting of distributed power supplies,energy storage devices,and loads.Compared with the traditional power grid,the microgrid has low operating cost,less environmental pollution and high flexibility,which makes the microgrid develop rapidly in the power system.The optimal scheduling of the microgrid is to control the output power of each power generation unit under the condition of satisfying the constraints of each power generation unit and microgrid system,so as to achieve the goals of reducing operating costs and reducing pollution gas.It is one of the core problems of energy management in microgrid.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study multi-objective optimal scheduling of microgrids containing multiple power generation units.This thesis studies the multi-objective optimization scheduling problem of microgrid.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The genetic operation of the Nondominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm(NSGA-II)with the elite strategy is improved,and the I-NSGA-II(Improved Nondominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm)algorithm is proposed.The algorithm optimizes the crossover operator and the mutation operator to ensure the evolution of the population.The I-NSGA-II algorithm is simulated by ZDT series test function,which shows that the improved algorithm has faster convergence speed,better convergence and distribution.(2)The optimal scheduling of single microgrid is studied.An optimal scheduling model considering the economic and environmental protection of microgrid is established.A scheduling strategy based on time-of-useelectricity price is proposed for single-microgrid.The model is solved by I-NSGA-II algorithm.The effectiveness of the algorithm and the effectiveness of the strategy are verified by a specific example.(3)The optimal scheduling of multi-microgrid is studied.An optimal scheduling model considering the economic and environmental protection of multi-microgrid is established.The strategy of coordinated optimization and scheduling of multi-microgrid is proposed.According to the climate situation,two typical scenarios are taken as examples.The model is solved by I-NSGA-II algorithm.The multi-objective optimal scheduling of grid-connected multi-microgrid is realized under the premise.
