The Gas pipe network is an important part of urban infrastructure.With the development of urbanization in China,the coverage scale of urban gas pipe network is increasing.Gas pipe network is vulnerable to various factors and leakage,such as irregular operation or pipeline aging,once leaked,under the influence of the surrounding environment,gas is very easy to cause fire,explosion,poisoning and other safety accidents,so the safety of urban gas pipe network can not be ignored.At present,most studies focus on a direct or indirect cause such as pipeline safety or environmental impact,ignoring the interrelationship between these factors.Based on the thought of safety system and the theory of complex adaptive system,this paper studies the influencing factors of urban gas pipe network safety system and the safety level of urban gas pipe network safety system under the influence of Multi-Agent modeling and simulation method.The first stage of this paper is to establish the index system of influencing factors of urban gas pipe network safety system.Firstly,based on the thought of safety system and the theory of complex adaptive system(CAS),the characteristic structure and function of urban gas pipe network safety system are analyzed,and the structural conceptual model of urban gas pipe network safety system is established.Then,the paper uses literature research to initially identify the influencing factors of the urban gas pipe network safety system,and uses questionnaire survey and FA factor analysis to obtain 5 factors with the main attribute of the urban gas pipe network safety system and 33 influencing factors.Finally,the weight of each factor in the index system of influencing factors of the security system is determined through expert interviews and AHP,which lays a foundation for the coefficient determination of the subsequent Multi-Agent simulation model.The second stage of this paper is the modeling and security system simulation based on Multi-Agent.Firstly,the Multi-Agent model consists of five main bodies:manager Agent,front-line employee Agent,resident Agent,environment Agent and pipeline equipment Agent.Then,the IF-THEN principle is used to set up the inter-agent behavior criterion to model the urban gas pipe network safety system,so as to reflect the attributes and interaction between the inter-agents of the safety system.Secondly,on the basis of the model,Net Logo6.2.2 simulation platform was used to carry out simulation,and the mean value of the main body and influencing factors was collected in a case city as the initial value of the simulation model.Through simulation,the future safety performance trend of each main body is predicted,and based on this,the safety management optimization strategy of urban gas pipe network is proposed.The results show that the safety awareness level of managers,safety supervision ability and professional skill level of front-line employees have obvious positive effects on system security,making them at a high level;Secondly,the cooperation between departments of managers indirectly affects the overall operation safety of the system and plays a role in the system safety from a more micro level.The impact of residents on system safety is mainly concentrated on the awareness of gas use safety.The intensity of safety publicity work determines the level of residents’ awareness of gas use safety to a large extent,and ultimately indirectly affects the occurrence of safety accidents.Environment and pipeline equipment have the most direct impact on system safety,and the reverse impact will gradually increase as the environment changes and the service time of pipeline equipment increases.This study provides analysis ideas for effectively controlling the behavior attributes of each subject to reduce the occurrence of accidents,and can be a decision-making basis for improving the safety level of urban gas pipe network.
