Research On The Configuration Optimization Of Public Service Facilities For "Migratory Bird-type" Elderly In Xunliao Binhai Resort

Due to the acceleration of China’s aging process and the transformation of the elderly’s pension and consumption concept,the "migratory bird-type" pension gradually emerged.Around winter,many "migratory bird-type" elderly people leave their cold dwelling places to spend the winter in subtropical coastal tourist resorts with mild climate,which can not only enrich their elderly life,but also promote the development of local tourism and elderly service industry,with economic and social benefits.But at the same time,as a migrant population,"migratory bird-type" elderly people are outside the vision of government public service facilities supply in coastal tourism resort,and the contradiction between "migratory bird-type" elderly people’s demand for public service facilities and facilities supply is becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,from an integrated supply and demand perspective,this paper analyzes and optimizes the supply and demand of the configuration of "migratory bird-type " public service facilities for the elderly in coastal tourism resorts,so as to improve the living standards of "migratory bird" elderly and achieve the benign development of the whole season of coastal tourism resort.Taking Xunliao Binhai Resort as an example,this paper studies the configuration of "migratory bird" public service facilities for the elderly in the coastal tourism resort.Firstly,the paper reviews the theoretical and practical progress of coastal tourism resort,"migratory bird-type" pension and public service facilities for the elderly.Then,it analyzes the characteristics of "migratory bird-type" pension,the driving force,the particularity of supply and demand and the influencing factors of the configuration of "migratory bird-type" public service facilities for the elderly,forming the theoretical research basis of this paper.Then,the research and analysis of the "migratory bird" public service facilities for the elderly in Xunliao Binhai Resort are carried out,and the problems in the configuration of facilities are analyzed from the characteristics of the crowd on the demand side,the demand for facilities and the configuration level and spatial layout on the supply side.The results show that the type,quantity and content of the current facility configuration are insufficient,the level of operation management and service is not high,and the overall accessibility of the facility layout is low.Finally,this paper puts forward the configuration optimization strategy of "migratory bird-type " public service facilities for the elderly in coastal tourism resort from the aspects of the configuration system,configuration content,configuration mode,spatial layout,construction sequence and implementation guarantee.This paper takes "migratory bird-type" public service facilities for the elderly as the research object,expands the types of public service facilities related to the elderly,meets the daily needs of "migratory bird-type" elderly people,and adapts to the current development trend of "migratory bird-type " pension.In terms of research ideas,an analysis perspective of supply and demand is constructed based on demand orientation and problem orientation,which is relatively comprehensive and objective.At the same time,this paper takes Xunliao Binhai Resort as an example to put forward the configuration optimization strategy of "migratory bird-type" public service facilities for the elderly,which has certain reference value for the future configuration of Xunliao Binhai Resort and other subtropical coastal tourism resort "migratory bird-type" public service facilities for the elderly.
