| With the comprehensive development of the national economy,my country has vigorously promoted the development of cultural undertakings,deepened the practice of cultural construction,and the rapid transformation of urbanization has brought new opportunities for the protection and reuse of historical buildings.The organic combination of the protection and renewal of historical buildings and the construction of public libraries has formed a new development direction.Since Macao was inscribed on the World Heritage List in 2005,the development of the protection and reuse of historical buildings has continued to advance in order to become a "World Center of Tourism and Leisure".At the same time,Macao is facing many difficulties in coping with the development of the city and society.The academic circles have begun to realize the inherent value of the diversified development of cultural construction and heritage protection,and the joint development of the city and society has become an exploratory issue.From the perspective of urban public cultural construction,this paper investigates and studies the successful cases of reusing historical buildings in Macao as public libraries,and evaluates the effect of the re-use of the heritage.existing problems and analyze their influencing factors and ways.According to the relevant problems,the corresponding optimization suggestions and design strategies are summarized,and the research is expected to provide certain reference and reference value for the future development of Macao heritage protection and reuse.This paper is roughly divided into the following three parts: the first part(Chapter 1),this paper begins to discuss the research background of the reuse of historical buildings in Macao as public libraries,and defines the relevant research The second part(Chapters 2 to 4)is the main content of this study,and the second chapter interprets and explains the main research theoretical perspectives introduced in this paper.The framework,respectively,conducts basic pilot research on the research theories of "reuse of historical buildings" and "public library buildings",and points out the internal connection between the two to build a reuse system.The third chapter investigates and analyzes the current situation of the reuse of historical buildings in Macao as public libraries,and concludes the causes,characteristics and existing problems of this model.The fourth chapter introduces the evaluation model of the completion effect of reuse,constructs an evaluation system according to the current situation of the reuse library,and divides three evaluation examples: appearance preservation type,old preservation type,internal and external repair type,and objective and comprehensive evaluation is carried out for each example.Evaluation and analysis,while summarizing the experience and problems of the three examples;the third part(Chapter 5)is the experience summary and optimization suggestions,summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of reusing the library,and putting forward the reuse of the historical buildings in Macao as public books according to the existing problems Hall applicable recommendations. |
