Power grid plays an important role in the process of electric energy production,transportation and distribution.As an important public infrastructure,it is an important part of the national energy strategic layout.In recent years,China has put forward more stringent requirements on the performance performance of the power system in the face of emergencies.However,only to improve the passive and fixed reliability of the power system and the impact of disaster on the power grid,it is the fundamental requirement to build the "disaster resistant" power grid to maintain the performance of the power grid after the emergency.In describing the response performance of complex systems to emergencies,resilience has become an important dimension that almost transcends the problems of robustness,reliability and risk management.Using the concept of resilience to construct power grid systems can reduce the loss of the power grid and maintain the performance stability of the electric network during the emergency period,and focus on the burst of the power grid.After the event,the ability to maintain stability,resist interruption and restore performance can be maintained over time.The main contents of this article are divided into three parts:1.The article depicts the characteristics of resilience by means of emergency management theory,and presents a method to quantitatively evaluate the resilience of the power grid while describing the resilience of the power grid under sudden events.The N-1 criterion is selected as an example to simulate the PSCAD software,and the resilience evaluation index shows that the N-1 measures can enhance the resilience of the power grid.At the same time,the rationality of the resilience evaluation index is verified.2.From the characteristics of the power grid and the characteristics of emergency resources,the influence factors of the ductility ability of the power grid are analyzed and summarized,and the situation structure is decomposed by the method of scenario analysis,which makes the emergency disposal task mapping to the urgent resource.3.The emergency resources of the power grid are selected as the research object,and the design principles of the multi-objective emergency resource optimization decision model are determined by combining the matching relationship with the actual power grid,and the optimization decision model is constructed with the goal of resource satisfaction,timeliness and economy.Then an improved-constraint algorithm based on demand matching is designed to solve the model.Based on the regional power grid in Tianjin,the optimized emergency resource layout scheme is given and analyzed.Thus,it is verified that the emergency resources before and after emergency events scheduling process is the key factor to determine the resilience of the power grid system.For the power grid system,the layout of emergency resources is the key to improve the emergency capability,and a good layout decision can greatly improve the resilience of the power grid.In this article,based on the actual background of Tianjin regional power grid data,based on the current situation of the emergency resources distribution of power grid in Tianjin power company of national network,the optimization decision model is designed to improve the resilience of the power grid.By solving the problem,a reasonable and effective emergency resource layout decision of power grid can be obtained,which can maximize the flexibility of the power grid.Minimize layout costs.It has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
