With the rapid development of China’s railway industry,the running speed of trains is constantly improving.As the core equipment to ensure the safe operation of trains,the train operation control system needs to be more perfect in its maintenance management.However,due to the wide range of railway network in China and the uneven technical level of emergency personnel,it is impossible to make timely decisions on emergency events of the train control system,which has a negative impact on the operating efficiency of the railway.In view of the traditional emergency decision-making methods are outdated,difficulty in acquiring knowledge,incomplete application of knowledge and low level of intellectualization,this thesis proposes a knowledge reasoning-based emergency auxiliary decision-making method for train control system,and designs and implements a prototype system of emergency auxiliary decision-making platform for train control system.The purpose of realization of this system is to reduce the decision-making time of on-site emergency personnel,improve the intelligent level of emergency decision-making,and is of great significance to the efficient emergency decision-making and efficient operation of the railway.The main research contents of this thesis include the following parts:(1)Ontology modeling of emergency knowledge.The characteristics of emergencies of train control system are analyzed,and a method for constructing train control system emergencies knowledge ontology is proposed according to the characteristics of emergency of train control system and the characteristics of the storage of emergency knowledge.The experience are summed up by predecessors and the processing plan knowledge in the document and data are extracted through knowledge as instance information,and the ontology construction software Protégé 5.2.0 is used to construct the conceptual hierarchy of knowledge and the relationship between them.On this basis,instance information is added to form the train control system emergency knowledge ontology,and then form the emergency case knowledge base.(2)Reasoning model is designed.Two reasoning methods are researched: case reasoning and rule reasoning.The characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of the two reasoning methods are deeply analyzed,and finally a knowledge-based reasoning model based on the combination of the advantages of the two methods is designed.First,case reasoning is used to reason and retrieve knowledge,and then the results obtained by case reasoning and further dig hidden knowledge according to the method of rule reasoning are revised.The emergency knowledge is expressed in the form of rules.This thesis adopts SWRL rules.Finally,the reasoning engine is designed.In this thesis,the Jena-based inference engine is connected to the Pellet inference engine for common inference,and the decision-making scheme is obtained by reasoning in the emergency auxiliary decision-making system.(3)Adjustment of decision-making plans.The emergency decision-making scheme obtained based on knowledge reasoning does not necessarily fully conform to the characteristics of the current event,so it needs to be adjusted.In this thesis,the causal model and dependency relationship are used to adjust it,so as to obtain a decision-making scheme with reference value to assist the on-site staff quickly to make decisions and solve current problems.(4)Through the above research on the key technologies of emergency decision-making of the train control system,the prototype system of the emergency auxiliary decision-making platform of the train control system is designed and realized,the development environment and its main function modules are illustrated,and the core functions are tested at the same time,which prove the the feasibility and correctness of the proposed method.
