Construction industry is the pillar industry of China’s national economy and occupies an extremely important position in China.However,with the in-depth development of the concept and theory of green building,the traditional extensive building has been unable to meet the needs of China’s green development.In this case,prefabricated building emerged at the historic moment.Prefabricated building is booming because of its advantages of reducing material waste,making up for labor shortage,green construction,speeding up construction progress and improving building quality.However,due to the high procurement and inventory costs of prefabricated building factories,the promotion of prefabricated building is hindered.Therefore,the optimization of procurement and inventory management of prefabricated building factories urgently needs to be solved.With the rapid development of supply chain,the idea of supply chain has been introduced into various industries,and many experts and scholars have been trying to introduce supply chain into the construction industry.This paper takes prefabricated parts factory of prefabricated building as the research object and deeply studies supplier selection and inventory management in the context of supply chain.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the research background and significance of this paper are introduced,and the research status of the literature is summarized by searching keywords,and the research method and technology roadmap of this paper are given.After that,the concepts and theories related to prefabricated parts factory,supplier selection,inventory management and intelligent optimization algorithm are sorted out in detail,which lays a foundation for the establishment of subsequent purchase volume allocation and inventory cost model.Secondly,in view of the prefabricated building prefabricated plant competition pressure,the traditional single procurement source in the process of supplier selection and procurement allocation unreasonable wait for a phenomenon,this paper studies the multiple cycle,multiple suppliers,building material supplier selection and order allocation problem,and established a mathematical model for supplier selection and procurement allocation The hybrid sparrow search algorithm is used to solve the established model.Finally,the case is solved and analyzed with the optimization algorithm to verify the validity and reliability of the multi-objective mathematical model of purchase quantity allocation in this paper,which provides decision-making basis and guidance for supplier selection and purchase quantity allocation of prefabricated building factories.Finally,aiming at the inventory management problem of PC components,this paper applies VMI method to solve the unreasonable supply plan of PC components in prefab factories.Aiming at the inventory management problem of single prefab factorymultiple construction units,a mathematical model of total inventory cost under THE VMI environment was established and solved by the hybrid gray Wolf optimization algorithm.The results show that the VMI method can effectively reduce the inventory cost in prefabricated buildings,and the improved gray Wolf optimization algorithm can get better results.
