| Innovation is closely related to the market economy.Innovation can make products develop in a better direction and generate greater competitiveness.Six Sigma Design(DFSS)is a method for developing new products by identifying customer and market needs and translating those needs into product generation.In view of the serious wear problem of cutting ring and eyeglass plate in the pumping system of concrete pump truck,DFSS is used to analyze and improve it,which is of great significance to improve the service life of the pumping system.This paper takes DFSS as the core,combines DFSS,QFD and TRIZ,gives full play to the advantages of the three theories,and improves the pumping system design of concrete pump truck.In the definition stage,patent intellectual property search can be carried out to avoid the risk of infringement of the new products developed,and the requirements and technical characteristics of the products studied can be identified.In the measurement stage,the autocorrelation between customer requirements and quality characteristics was analyzed,and the initial weights of customer requirements and quality characteristics were modified by combining fuzzy analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)and decision and Laboratory Method(DEMATEL).In the analysis stage,QFD and TRIZ theory are combined,the technical contradiction matrix in the House of Quality is effectively combined with causal analysis and functional analysis,and the engineering parameters and corresponding invention principle are determined.In the design stage,in order to improve the wear degree between the cutting ring and the eyeglass plate in the pumping system of concrete pump truck,through technical contradiction analysis,physical contradiction analysis,object field analysis,scheme evaluation and so on,finally put forward an experimental scheme of electromagnetic cutting ring to replace the traditional cutting ring.In the verification stage,taking the concrete pump truck pumping system of S enterprise as the research object,the feasibility of the scheme is proved through theoretical derivation.It has been proven that the use of electromagnetic cutting rings reduces wear on the cutting ring and plate and increases the service life of the plate compared to traditional cutting rings.At the same time,it also solves the practical problems of S enterprise and improves the competitiveness of enterprise product innovation. |
