A Research On Regional Adaptability Design Of Township Public Service Complex

In recent years,along with the national policy’s concern for the integrated development of urban and rural areas,the construction of townships has gradually become a hot topic of concern for society and academia.With the transformation of the industrial structure of townships under the guidance of policies and the increasing income of residents,the existing public service buildings in townships can no longer fully meet the needs of production and life in townships.In response to the trend of industrial integration and the new demands of social life in townships,the township public service complex has gradually emerged as a building type.In the face of the uneven development of each township in China and the differentiated geographical environment,the design of the township public service complex requires full consideration of the geographical adaptability of the building.In this paper,the existing problems in the development of township public service complexes are firstly reviewed,and the future development trend of integration and regional adaptation is summarised and analysed by combining the analysis of relevant practical cases.From the basic research on territoriality and adaptability theory,the basic content and principles of territorial adaptability theory are constructed to provide a theoretical basis for the design of township public service complexes.Secondly,based on the theory of territorial adaptability,the content and influential role of the territorial influencing factors of townships are specifically elaborated and analysed from five aspects: economy,technology,natural environment,architectural culture and humanistic spirit of townships.Then,with the perspective of adaptive thinking,the research of architectural design strategies is introduced,and the five regional influencing factors of township economy,technology,natural environment,architectural culture and humanistic spirit are summarised to provide practical guidance on the regional adaptive design strategies of township public service complexes,and relevant cases are cited for supporting analysis.Finally,through a combination of theory and practice,a case study of the cultural service centre and special workshop project in Ruyi Village,Shuikou Township,Jianghua Yao Nationality,is presented to provide empirical evidence for the relevant design strategies proposed in this paper.Based on the theory of territorial adaptability,this paper explores the design strategies for the adaptation of township public service complexes to the territorial environment under different territorial influencing factors from the perspective of township territorial influencing factors.It is hoped that the content of this paper will expand the research on township construction and provide inspiration for the design practice of township public service complexes in the future.
