The safe operation of scene moving vehicles is an important part of airport safe operation, and keeping the safe distance between scene moving vehicles and aircraft is the key point of runway safe operation. At present, the mobile vehicle surveillance of small and medium airports is directed by tower controllers and assisted by video surveillance.Due to the complex scene monitoring environment, there will be blind areas in the process of visual command by the controller, and tower control command will have difficulties, requiring the assistance of scene monitoring equipment. The application of Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast(ADS-B)technology in scene Surveillance is in the research stage. The scene mobile vehicle Surveillance system based on ADS-B has a good application prospect in small and medium-sized airports. In this paper, the application of scene monitoring technology at home and abroad is described.Aiming at the feasibility of ADS-B technology in scene moving vehicle monitoring, the construction of scene moving vehicle monitoring system based on ADS-B is proposed. The system includes vehicle-mounted positioning terminal,vehicle-mounted ADS-B transmitting module,ADS-B ground receiving station, scene monitoring system server and user terminal. This paper studies the practical application of the airport surface mobile vehicle monitoring system based on ADS-B in the field, and studies the algorithm processing of the track fusion of ADS-B multi ground receiving stations. In this paper, the hardware design of vehicle-mounted positioning terminal is completed. The vehicle-mounted positioning terminal uses M26-Open CPU of Yiyuan Company to build the technical platform, and satellite positioning and inertial navigation components are combined for positioning.Vehicle-mounted positioning terminal and ADS-B transmitting module do serial port data communication. The transmitting module broadcasts vehicle information in the form of data link, and the ground station receives vehicle ADS-B signals. This paper participated in the software design of mobile vehicle monitoring system. The mobile vehicle scene monitoring system analyzes the format of the data transmitted by each ADS-B ground receiving station and correlates it with the flight plan of external access. After the track fusion processing is completed, the vehicle and aircraft targets are displayed on the user interface. The system divides the airport scene map into miniature squares with equal distances, which form different areas. The simple weighting method is used in the straight area of runway and taxiway, and the covariance weighting method is used in the curve area. The alarm area is composed of micro-squares with detection capability, and is divided into monitoring areas such as runway and taxiway and non-monitoring areas such as lawn. The system detects the driving route of the target and searches the area around the target.Based on the target location and the target detected in the surrounding area, the system detects the target that may conflict with itself. When the alarm conditions are met,a conflict alarm is generated. In this paper, the running field test is carried out on the scene.Technicians record the stability degree of target signal of running vehicle in scene monitoring map and the matching degree of target and vehicle driving route to verify the feasibility of moving vehicle scene monitoring based on ADS-B technology. In order to solve the inherent problems of ADS-B scene monitoring, this paper proposes to install cameras and sensors at the key positions of airport scene runway and taxiway, and ensure the effectiveness of the alarm through video image monitoring and ADS-B scene monitoring double cover.
