| China’s nuclear power industry is in a period of vigorous development,but we know that in order to ensure that the impact of nuclear radiation is as small as possible,we have been sacrificing the production speed to ensure the safety of manual production;At present,the heavy water component factory of an enterprise is seeking the transformation of the automatic production line.In addition to several key monitoring points,a series of nuclear fuel rod assembly,welding and other operations are replaced by machines.This paper is a part of the automatic production line transformation project.According to its technical requirements,a nuclear fuel rod group identification and pose detection system is developed and designed to distinguish and accurately locate the type of nuclear fuel rod.The main research contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Design of optical imaging scheme for nuclear fuel rod.In this paper,the detection object is a 500 mm long cylindrical nuclear fuel rod,and the characteristic parts are the isolation block and support pad between them.Therefore,we use the telecentric lens to capture the image near the characteristic area without being disturbed by the front and rear noise.At the same time,in order to ensure no interference with the automatic production line,the bearing system of the backlight plate and the nuclear fuel rod is designed to leave space among the backlight,the nuclear fuel rod and the camera lens,so that the loading and unloading stepping motor and the clamping claw of the machine can pass smoothly.(2)Design of mechanical and electric control partThis part mainly designs the delivery system and electronic control part of nuclear fuel rod,from the design of mechanical parts to the selection,communication and wiring of various electronic control components.Finally,it introduces the process of PLC programming,and clearly shows how this paper drives the rotation of nuclear fuel rod through servo motor.At the same time,the carrying part is combined with the bearing part,and the smaller parts and motors are selected,which greatly saves the floor area and space,and meets the problem of compact space of automatic production line.(3)Development of host computer systemConsidering the need for communication and interaction between a variety of software and hardware,as well as convenient human-computer interaction,Lab VIEW is selected as the development software of the upper computer.This part introduces the architecture and logic of the upper computer development in detail,and introduces the compilation and packaging of six functions: parameter configuration,camera shooting,algorithm call,servo motor,data storage and error alarm.At the same time,it introduces the composition of five functional modules: login interface,main interface,self / manual operation,visual debugging and setting.It comprehensively shows the development process of the host computer system in this paper. |
