Abstract/Summary:
The country’s comprehensive national power is growing,urbanization is accelerating significantly and cities are becoming larger.Economic development and social upgrading can be expressed through urban development,which means that there is an urgent need to renew the urban infrastructure of our country,to renovate roads and to try to improve their traffic carrying capacity,aspects that have received much attention in recent years.Therefore,in order for traffic problems to be solved effectively and to support better urban development,it is necessary to renovate or reconstruct old roads with unsatisfactory access conditions.Many factors can affect the construction of urban road reconstruction projects,and in this context differentiating factors can have different degrees of influence on the progress of the construction.Taking AB as the target,the thesis investigates the problems of schedule management and improvement issues of the National Highway 209 reconstruction project.First of all,it composes the concepts of project schedule management,traditional schedule management theory and key chain schedule management theory,and takes the key chain management theory as the theoretical basis to explain its ideas,assumptions,implementation steps and advantages.Secondly,the current situation and problems of schedule management in project construction practice are analyzed,and the specific causes of schedule management problems are investigated in terms of people,equipment and materials,technology and external environment by using the method of "human,machine,material,method and environment".Then,the critical chain identification technique was used to optimize the project schedule management,and the project schedule was rredesigned by using the citical chain method with human resource constraints in mind.The process duration was re-estimated using the three-point estimation method;in order to better allocate process resources,the logical relationship and duration between processes were fully considered;there was a high probability that resource conflicts would occur during each process advancement stage,and the parallel method was chosen to solve this problem;the situation of each location was fully considered,and on this basis In order to solve this problem,the parallel method is used;each location is fully considered,and on this basis,the convergence buffer and project buffer are set up,and the corresponding control management needs to be carried out.Finally,the specific guarantee measures for the optimization plan of project schedule management of National Highway 209 re-routing project are proposed from four aspects:organization,system,resources and information.The research of this paper applies the critical chain method to the project management of national highway reconstruction project,which can effectively optimize the established project schedule management and ensure the reasonable and orderly development of project engineering construction.It has a positive effect on shortening the construction period of AB’s National Highway 209 reconstruction project and improving the project efficiency.It also has reference value for the progress management of other national highway reconstruction projects.
