There is great energy saving potential in the flue gas waste heat recovery of gas-steam combined power plant.According to the technical requirements of large volume flow depth of waste heat recovery in gas-steam combined power plant,this paper puts forward a construction idea of district heating system based on the depth recovery of flue gas waste heat,and conduct in-depth study based on the integration theory of the system.Firstly,this paper introduces the calculation method of flue gas composition,flue gas dew point temperature,flue gas waste heat recovery and natural gas thermal efficiency,to give analysis on the energy saving potential of flue gas waste heat recovery;Secondly,this paper constructs a new type of flue gas waste heat recovery system using the existing mature technology elements(water-water heat exchanger,absorption heat pump,recuperative gas-water heat exchanger and direct contact heat transfer device)taking into account the energy efficiency and economy,the main factors affecting the energy efficiency of the new system are explored,and the key system parameters are optimized,and then optimize the allocation of the technical elements of the new system;Lastly,the core area of Huadian Tongzhou power plant is studied,this paper makes use of the theoretical research results of this paper to guide the formulation of new system integration scheme.It is proved that the new system proposed in this paper has the advantage of energy saving and economy.The result shows that to make the optimal economy of the new flue gas waste heat depth recovery system,on the one hand,we should try to reduce water-water heat exchanger cold end temperature difference;on the other hand the recuperative gas-water heat exchanger outlet temperature of flue gas is set to a reasonable extent.Through the design of the new system integration scheme,the energy saving and economy of the work done in this paper have been verified.
