| Nowadays,with the continuous improvement of living conditions,the aviation transportation industry in our country has also gained great development space.Economic conditions are rising,the choice of travel mode is gradually rich,the number and scale of domestic civil aviation airports have changed greatly,and the air transport industry is getting better and better.Air transport has gradually become one of the transportation modes that people choose to travel,so people pay more and more attention to the safety of civil aviation airport.In the safety management of civil aviation airport,the public management of airport ground is a very important link,is an important part of the aviation safety management system.This paper takes "ground public security management of Shijiazhuang Zhengding International Airport" as the research object,in-depth analysis of its existing problems in public security management and causes,and from the point to the surface,through the analysis of the case of Shijiazhuang Zhengding International Airport,put forward feasible countermeasures to strengthen the public security management of civil aviation airport.The first part of this paper introduces the basic concept of public safety management of civil aviation airport operation,expounds the relevant basic theories including safety risk management,emergency management theory,combined with the characteristics of the development of civil aviation transport,introduces the content and importance of public safety management system of civil aviation airport;The second part introduces the problems existing in the public security management of Shijiazhuang Zhengding International Airport(hereinafter referred to as Shijiazhuang Airport),such as inadequate security hidden trouble screening,insufficient ability to deal with crisis events,weak security awareness of employees,inadequate public security management equipment and so on.The third part explains the reasons for the security management problems of Shijiazhuang Airport from four aspects: the imperfect public safety management system,the lack of overall management of emergency management mechanism,the inadequate staff safety management and the inadequate airport equipment management.The fourth part is the reference of domestic and foreign civil aviation airport public security management experience,analysis for Shijiazhuang airport to learn from the ideas and practices;The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures of Shijiazhuang airport public safety management: optimize the safety management system,implement the construction of emergency management,strengthen the staff safety management,strengthen the facilities and equipment management;The last part of the paper is the conclusion,which is the summary of the research and the prospect of the public security management of Shijiazhuang Zhengding International Airport. |
