In the process of carrying out urban construction and old city reconstruction in Chinese major and middle cities,demolition of buildings has become the main means of site leveling,but some of the dismantled buildings still have use value and historical value,which needs to be reserved,and the existing construction displacement project comes into being.Due to the particularity of the construction shift project,the construction is restricted by a variety of complex conditions,such as the structural form of the shift building,the direction and distance of the shift,the use of power equipment and walking mechanism,the shift construction site.The shift project’s design and construction are largely based on experience,the theoretical calculation is rather rudimentary,and research units are limited.The research centers around horizontal technology and construction techniques,and there is a lack of factors influencing the construction timeline and forecast period.In spite of this,the construction period is the basis of this research.It is the foundation of cost,quality and bidding decisions,and if a lack of reasonable forecasting of the shift period leads to an unrealistic,fast-moving phenomenon,then the thesis on the existing construction shift project implementation schedule factors and construction period forecast research is necessary.Based on the BP neural network technology and MATLAB tools,the thesis constructs the prediction model of the construction period of the existing construction shift project,and realizes the function of output the predicted construction period after the input of the relevant parameters of the shift project.The main work completed in this thesis is as follows:Firstly,collect specific cases of the implementation of the relocation project,identify potential factors that have an impact on the implementation progress,and use a questionnaire survey method to score each potential factor that affects the implementation progress.By calculating the authority of experts,determine the influencing factors of the existing construction relocation project implementation progress,and then divide the scoring criteria and scoring intervals for the influencing factors to form evaluation indicators.Substitute the output evaluation indicators into the BP neural network,the BP neural network’s forward feedback characteristics continually modify the weight and threshold of the network,thereby diminishing the discrepancy between the anticipated and actual construction period.The BP neural network model of construction period prediction is formed until the error value is brought into an acceptable range.To evaluate the accuracy of the predicted value,a comparison is made between the determination coefficient and the actual value,with the verification data being substituted into the BP neural network model.Finally,some deficiencies in the thesis are analyzed and the forecast of the construction period of the existing building relocation project is put forward.
