| At present,China ’s urban construction has shifted from high-speed incremental development to stock optimization.In this context,the state clearly put forward the implementation of urban renewal actions in the 14 th Five-Year Plan,aiming at comprehensively improving the urban living environment,improving the level of public services,and improving the quality of life of residents.As the main place for community residents to provide daily life and necessary services,community commercial space is an important part of urban public space and directly affects the quality of life of community residents.With the improvement of people ’s living standards,the traditional community commercial space with sales as a single function has been difficult to meet the growing diversified needs of residents.Therefore,the construction of community commercial space integrating shopping,entertainment,catering and other functions is not only an important part of urban renewal action,but also an important way to improve the quality of urban space and improve the quality of life of residents.Starting from the concept,characteristics and connotation of functional compounding,this thesis provides relevant theoretical guidance for the renewal of community commercial space,and combs the concept,type,function and characteristics of community commercial space.At the same time,combined with domestic and foreign theoretical research and related case analysis,this thesis explores the method of functional composite design of community commercial space.This thesis takes Wanzi Lane shopping mall in Jinan commercial port area as the design practice object,puts forward the objectives and principles of functional composite design,and condenses the design strategies of spatial function diversification,spatial form diversification,vertical expansion,indoor and outdoor space penetration,traffic space expansion,shared space superposition and so on.Finally,these strategies are applied to the practice of functional composite renewal design of Wanzixiang shopping mall,and their feasibility is verified,in order to provide reference for the renewal design of community commercial space under the background of urban renewal. |
