In the architectural design in the past,the designer with the traditional experience judgment function,with specific functions to define the space,the result with the progress of the society,change the mode of production and life,many of the building space value decreased,with the special space rate is not high,even facing demolition,resulting in a waste of resources and the pollution of the environment.Therefore,a conscious study of compact and intensive mode of creation is the basic premise and main strategy for saving land,saving energy and prolonging the service life of buildings.It is the right direction for sustainable development of urban and rural planning and construction,and is need of the industry's full attention and consensus.The complex architecture takes the compound function coupling system as the carrier,evade the limitation of single function,and establish the relationship between space dependence and value complementarity in interaction and symbiosis,so as to form an efficient and unified systematic optimization combination.Because of the complex building is huge and complicated function,easy to care for this and lose that in the design,a waste of space,energy waste phenomenon.Therefore,it is very necessary to discuss the applicability of function coupling space of complex buildings,and then put forward optimization suggestions for intensive design.The research on the impact of functional coupling and spatial applicability is mainly based on field research.Through the combination of general research and key research,we collect the questionnaire information and field measured data,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of different functional space coupling methods and the applicable conditions.The design strategy of functional coupling is based on the former two researches,taking the theory of analytical questions as the criterion,raising the basic research to the theoretical level,summarizing the intensive design strategies comprehensively and systematically.The intensive research on complex buildings can respond to international and domestic policies,cater to the current market trend and fill gaps in relevant theoretical research,so as to provide reference design suggestions for intensive design of buildings.
