Research On The Design Of Elderly Self-Help AIDS

Since 2000,China has entered into a graying society,and the scale of the elderly population in China has gradually expanded.In terms of the choice of pension model,the family pension model is more in line with China’s national conditions and the choice preference of most elderly people.How to use industrial designs to balance products and experience has become an urgent issue in this discipline.In the current popularity of the concept of successful aging,self-help accessories can provide positive effects for elderly users in terms of physiological functions and psychological needs,maintain physiological self-esteem through behavioral self-reliance,and form a virtuous cycle of self-satisfaction needs,which has certain practical significance for alleviating the internalized stigma caused by diseases and physiological declines of the elderly,and helps elderly users achieve the maintenance of daily behavioral ability and self-reliance in behavioral activities.Based on this,the self-realization of physical behavior ability determines the formation of user product experience cognition.As a medium between the user and the product,physical behavior becomes a key link in the formation of a good user experience.Embodied cognitive theory emphasizes the dependence of cognition on physical behavior,highlights the importance of physical behavior in the process of cognitive formation,interprets the human-machine relationship from the perspective of embodied cognition,and factors such as product functions,explicit features or added value will dominate the user’s physical behavior and use mode,thereby affecting the user’s emotional ups and downs when using the product,and promoting the development of user image cognition in a good direction.When users generate positive image cognition in human-computer interaction,it will improve the satisfaction of the product,form a positive promotion role for the re-selection of the product,and form a positive closed loop while promoting the virtuous cycle of human-computer interaction;Conversely,it has a reverse inhibition effect.This thesis takes the Zhou Hari window model as the research guidance framework,takes the quantitative and qualitative research of user behavior as the starting point,and designs and defines the evaluation and communication links,aiming to improve the self-exposure ability of elderly users,and then obtain the influencing factors of users’ use of assistive devices from the research content,and verify the generation mechanism of internalized stigma,so as to provide a feasibility analysis for obtaining real user needs.Firstly,the quantitative study of user behavior successively used the ADL Barthel index rating scale to evaluate the daily living behavior ability of the elderly,and defined the subsequent behavioral research direction as toileting.The basic questionnaire was used to initially understand the difference in the influence of image cognition on secondary behavior in the elderly group with different behavioral abilities.According to the research direction of toilet behavior to define the behavior environment,the existing excretion aids on the market were summarized and analyzed by competitors.Using the social support rating scale,the degree of social support and the degree of internalization of stigma among users who used toilet chairs were comprehensively analyzed,and the mechanism between physical behavior and stigma was verified.The qualitative study of user behavior was summarized from the subjective attitude of users and product factors in the form of semi-structured interviews.Secondly,the KANO model was used to rank the user satisfaction of the five toilet chair quality characteristics in the above survey,and the design strategies and principles of the senior-friendly toilet chair were summarized.The literature method was used to summarize and calculate the size table of the human sitting posture of the elderly,and the main structural parameters of the toilet chair design were obtained.Further clarify the structure and data of the toilet chair function,improve the product appearance and interaction design,and finally sketch,model rendering,and effect display.Taking embodied cognition as the guiding theory,this thesis comprehensively analyzes the influence mechanism of user behavior on product experience,and improves the utilization rate of self-help accessories by elderly users through design,which has certain practical significance for alleviating the stigma of internalized diseases in the elderly.
