This article takes the villages from Dongping Lake to Luokou in the lower reaches of the Yellow River as the research object,and points out that the Yellow River is an important influencing factor that dominates the spatial form of villages in the river basin.Through its impact on the natural environment,human society,and economic production,it forms village morphological characteristics with distinctive river basin characteristics.This article takes 166 villages from Dongping Lake to Luokou in the lower reaches of the Yellow River as research samples,extracting four main influencing factors: river,pond,farmland,and road,Build a database of environmental factors,planar morphology,and spatial structure indicators,use machine learning methods to quantitatively analyze the impact of environmental factors on village spatial morphology,gradually reveal the process of environmental factors affecting village spatial morphology,analyze the formation mechanism of village spatial morphology in this watershed section,and summarize the water adaptability model of village spatial morphology under the comprehensive action of multiple environmental factors led by the Yellow River.Through theoretical and practical research,this thesis identifies the external environmental impact factors that determine the spatial form of the village,such as the Yellow River channel,geological landforms,forest fields,ponds,canals,and traffic arteries;Determining spatial morphological factors such as axis,skeleton,boundary,and base of the village;Obtain the original sample data of environmental impact factors and village spatial morphology with the help of ArcGis;Select relevant indicators of environmental factors and spatial morphology factors such as relative distance,channel angle,patch area,vacancy rate,shape index,and build a database that can describe the type of factors,link to Python digital analysis platform,and be suitable for intelligent analysis and prediction.Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,the section characteristics of the environment in the lower Yellow River basin were analyzed,village type extraction and type characteristics were analyzed,and the basin environmental water adaptation model of the village was deduced.With the aid of machine learning on the Python platform,visual analysis of factor data is conducted.Through the quantitative interaction between environmental impact factors and spatial form factors,the mechanism of action of single and composite environmental impact factors on the spatial form of villages is analyzed.According to the specific watershed environment in which the village is located,analyze the attribute characteristics of the environmental impact factors themselves,the impact effects on spatial form factors,and the superposition relationship between the environmental impact factors.Propose three types of watershed environmental adaptation models for the spatial form of the village: boundary adaptation,axis adaptation,and base adaptation.Summarize the characteristics of each type of adaptation model combined with actual cases.The analysis shows that,firstly,the environmental changes caused by the Yellow River are the reasons for the formation of the environment,landscape,villages,and patterns of the basin.Secondly,the Yellow River indirectly affects the spatial form of villages through environmental factors.Finally,the complex effects and degrees of various influencing factors directly determine the spatial structure and planar morphology of a village.They are summarized in this article as clusters,ribbons,and fingers.The study explores the formation mechanism of village spatial morphology based on the perspective of "watershed" environment,which has certain theoretical and practical significance in the study of watershed village spatial morphology,and has reference value for the study of other watershed village spatial morphology such as rivers and lakes.The digital statistical analysis and model prediction used in the study can more accurately identify the important factors under this non-linear change,making the study of village spatial morphology and future rural construction more scientific.Based on these two points,this study hopes to construct a digital analysis method system for the spatial morphology characteristics and formation mechanism of watershed villages,making the research on spatial morphology of villages and future rural construction more scientific,and providing reference value for the research on spatial morphology of other watershed villages such as rivers and lakes.
