| The lower reaches of the Yellow River have been under great flood control pressure.The Yellow River dike project is the main engineering measure to prevent flood disaster.The dike projects in the lower reaches of the Yellow River has the characteristics of large amount of work,long shoreline,many layout points,wide coverage and so on,so it is difficult to manage.In recent years,the combination of dike projects and roads,river basin ecological protection and high-quality development,regional economic development is getting closer and closer.The demand for dike projects management is getting higher and higher.However,there is no unified standardized management system for dike projects in the lower reaches of the Yellow River.The project management level of water pipe unit is different.The traditional management mode and information level have been unable to meet the relevant needs.Based on the above background,this paper uses standardized management concepts and methods to conduct field research and analysis on the current situation of dike projects management in the lower reaches of the Yellow River.The standardization management system of the lower Yellow River dike project has been studied and the information platform has been established.The main research results are as follows:(1)Based on the characteristics and management status of dike engineering,this paper deeply analyzes the main problems existing at present.Based on the theory and method of standardized management,the solution for constructing the standardized management system of embankment engineering in the lower reaches of the Yellow River is put forward.(2)The standardization management system of the lower Yellow River dike project is systematically constructed from three aspects of technology standardization,work standardization and management standardization.Clarify the relationship between the three aspects of the management system.It is pointed out that the standardization construction of post responsibility management and information management platform is the key technical means to implement the standardization management system.(3)Establish a standardized management platform for dike projects in the lower reaches of the Yellow River.The application research is carried out from four directions:standardization integration of Internet of Things,standardization of numerical simulation model of water conservancy,construction of 3D model of real scene and two-dimensional code technology.(4)Taking the Yellow River Bureau of Lijin as an example,according to the principle of responsibility system construction and the standard of post selection of water conservancy project management units,the management matters of main business responsibilities are divided,and the applicability,feasibility and effectiveness of the standardization platform of dike projects in the lower reaches of the Yellow River are tested. |
