With the development of green construction,building aluminum alloy formwork has obvious advantages in recycling and low-carbon environmental protection as a green building material,which is in line with the leading direction of national policies.The lack of early design of aluminum alloy formwork is easy to cause problems such as low construction efficiency,quality defects and waste of formwork resources.Therefore,the verification of aluminum formwork model is very important.As a key node to ensure the design quality and ensure the construction of the project,the traditional checking method of aluminum alloy formwork construction drawing relies too much on manual work,which has low review efficiency,high experience and level requirements,and omission of provisions.Therefore,the one-click checking software of aluminum formwork BIM model is studied to promote the transformation of construction drawing checking from two-dimensional to three-dimensional,ensure the effectiveness of BIM model information,and improve the review efficiency and delivery quality of aluminum formwork model.This thesis uses Revit API technology,Microsoft Visual Studio platform and C#programming language to develop BIM model checking software for aluminum formwork,so as to reduce labor cost and improve the quality and efficiency of aluminum formwork design.The main research contents are as follows :(1)The one-key checking function module of structural model based on BIM is developed.The coding rules of structural model components are established.Through secondary development,the corresponding ’ annotation ’ parameters are automatically added,and the number of component types and attribute parameters are counted.The review rules of structural model are established,and the review of structural model modeling rules(including spatial relative relations and component connection methods,etc.)is realized by API.(2)The one-key check function module of aluminum template model based on BIM is developed.The aluminum template model components are classified and coded,and the annotations of the structural components subordinate to the mold components are added to realize the connection between the structural model data and the aluminum template model information.The integrity check of aluminum template model is realized by geometric calculation.The compliance review framework is established,the aluminum template design specification is translated,the domain rule base is established,and the semantic model is extracted.The aluminum template rule base and the semantic model are automatically compared and discriminated by writing code,and the verification report is exported.(3)The software checking function is tested.The BIM model checking software of aluminum formwork is applied to the actual project,and the aluminum formwork model is checked in Revit,which improves the efficiency of model review and verifies the feasibility and practicability of the software.
