Research On The Regeneration Design Of Waterfront Landscape In Linqing Cutural Center

Since the beginning of the new era,against the background of the increasing demands of the people for a better life,the environmental conditions of the original urban cultural centers have continuously faced the challenges of the times-the relationship between the old environmental facilities and spatial layout can no longer meet the spiritual and material cultural needs of people today.The waterfront landscape of the Linqing Culture Center in Shandong is a concrete example.This article attempts to use the transformation and upgrading of functional space to stimulate the vitality of the cultural site and meet people’s satisfaction with the cultural space by studying the design and renovation practice of the Linqing Culture Center’s waterfront landscape project.This article first presents a summary analysis of the current research status of waterfront landscape spatial design at home and abroad,providing theoretical and practical references for the development of this topic.Secondly,through the exposition of related theories such as waterfront landscape and landscape regeneration,it lays a professional theoretical foundation for the scientific regeneration planning and design of the Linqing Cultural Center waterfront landscape.Thirdly,by means of on-site investigation and analysis as well as inquiries and interviews,the existing problems and citizen demands of the waterfront landscape space are understood.Guided by problem-solving,four levels of regenerative design strategies,including form regeneration,functional regeneration,ecological regeneration,and cultural regeneration,are proposed for the Linqing Cultural Center waterfront landscape space.Finally,targeted regenerative design practices are carried out around the Linqing Cultural Center waterfront landscape space.It is hoped that through the sample of the regeneration design practice of the Linqing Cultural Center waterfront landscape,effective strategies and directions for the regeneration design transformation of waterfront landscape spaces can be explored,making it applicable to other waterfront landscape spaces that need to be renovated and regenerated.
