| The "Chengdu Urban Master Plan" mentions that Chengdu,as the only city in China that can overlook the snowy mountains in the city center,needs to give full play to natural advantage in the overall urban design stage,and use the spatial relationship between the mountains and the urban buildings to form a rich landscape activity.At present,the overlook landscape of urban forest parks is constantly destroyed in the construction boom,and gradually disappears into the high-rise buildings,so it is urgent to carry out certain control and protection to ensure the smoothness of the mountains in the city.In this paper,we will make use of the advantages of Longquan Mountain as the green heart of the city to carry out the landscape viewshed analysis of the near mountain area,take the Longquanyi District as the research scope of the observation point,take the Longquan Mountain Forest Park as the object of the gaze,and select multiple observation points in the public open space of the Longquanyi District to connect the viewpoint and the Longquan Mountain to form a viewport interface.In this field of view interface,the buildings in Longquanyi District are highly zoned to achieve a smooth view of the mountain landscape in multiple open spaces in Longquanyi District.First of all,through the basic research on the theory and case of the overlooking landscape,the visual analysis method is used to select the appropriate viewing points,and the viewing quality of the overlook points is graded.Secondly,on the basis of these overlook points,different levels of landscape corridors are constructed,and different levels of corridors have different control over the height of the building within their viewshed interface.Finally,the specific building height control values of different plots are obtained after visual analysis of different plots.However,the height control of urban buildings from the perspective of visual analysis of the landscape alone is impractical and does not apply to the real development law of the city,so on the basis of the analysis of the landscape,the comprehensive urban location,land price,accessibility,ecological environment,service facilities and other 5 factors to assess the appropriate height of the city’s different plots of building control,so that the visual analysis and multi-factor analysis method synthesized to obtain the overlook system not only ensures the smoothness of the city’s mountain viewing gallery,but also takes into account the economic needs of urban development.The overlook landscape system in this paper includes three aspects: observation point selection,landscape corridor construction,and building height zoning control,and the specific research content carried out around these three aspects is aimed at making suggestions for unreasonable places in urban design,and proposing corresponding measures for the practice of overlook landscape system. |
