With the massive construction of the city, land resources in the central city are becoming increasingly scarce, and there is a lack of service levels for urban green space, and the construction of parks is receiving more and more attention. At the same time, the construction of park cities is in a critical period of reform and innovation, and Chengdu is in an important transition period of green development. As a pioneer demonstration area of park cities,it is necessary to take community parks as an entry point, take "people" in the city as the core value orientation, integrate the three major spaces of ecology, living and production, and use ecological power as an This means that urban planning cannot be confined to the development of the city. This means that urban planning should not be limited to the macroscopic scale, but should be based on the community scale, which is closely related to residents’ lives, and that community parks and the surrounding service spaces should be considered in an integrated manner to form a linkage space with complementary functions. This paper takes into account the development trend of the city, and from the actual construction of community parks, comprehensively analyses the current internal resource allocation and external location conditions of community parks in the central city of Chengdu, comprehensively analyses the interaction between community parks and the surrounding service spaces, and summarises the trend of intensive and composite development of community parks and lifestyle services in the process of theoretical research and practice. From the perspective of human-centred needs,in order to meet people’s growing new demands, cities urgently need to take low-carbon,efficient and green development as the guide, and guide residents to change to a lifestyle conducive to physical and mental health by adjusting the spatial layout and traffic paths,so as to improve the service efficiency of urban space. From the perspective of increasingly scarce urban land resources, there is an urgent need to consider community parks and lifestyle service spaces in an integrated manner, and to optimise the way functions are combined within limited land resources by means of intensive development,so that people can complete multiple tasks such as daily shopping and socialising in a shorter period of time with a more efficient spatial organisation. The author first collates the relevant theoretical foundations and domestic and international research progress involved, and summarises the development pattern of community parks and lifestyle services. The sample community parks under different research perspectives were then selected based on the distribution of community parks in the central city of Chengdu, construction conditions and residents’ usage,as the basic data for the study of the interaction mechanism between community parks and the lifestyle service industry.Secondly, the links and shortcomings between community parks and the lifestyle service industry are analysed from three perspectives: macro, meso and micro. The macroscopic scale analyses whether there is spatial overlap between parks and different businesses based on the spatial concentration of various types of lifestyle services. The mesoscopic scale starts from the overall characteristics of community parks, verifying whether the internal resource allocation and external location conditions of community parks affect the distribution of the surrounding lifestyle service industries, and evaluating the overall situation of community parks in terms of accessibility, attractiveness, service capacity and regional support. At the microscopic scale,we extracted the types of service industries that are used more frequently by residents in the five categories of service industries, and calculated the proportion of each sub-category of service industries within a service radius of 50 m,100m and 150 m around the community park, and analysed the problems that generally exist in the service industries in the built environment. Finally,on the basis of the conclusions obtained from the above analysis, optimisation ideas are proposed from three aspects:,mcro, meso and micro scales, focusing on the overall layout pattern, scene creation, industry ratios and construction mechanisms.Among them, the spatial optimisation strategies at the macroscopic scale include:(i)top-down supplementary green space;(ii)bottom-up guided service space. The optimization strategy at the mesoscopic scale focuses on optimizing the combination of community parks and living service spaces and the ratio of business forms, including the construction of service spaces with parks as the centre of outreach and service spaces with parks as the nodes of tandem. The micro-scale optimisation strategy focuses on establishing efficient and convenient one-stop services based on residents’ behavioural habits and needs, shaping scene-rich public spaces, and promoting the efficient and intensive development of community parks and lifestyle service spaces,so as to enrich the construction of community parks and enhance their attractiveness through the optimisation of overall indicators, thereby bringing potential consumers to the lifestyle service spaces.
