| In recent years,China has been strengthening the construction of transportation infrastructure.In 2022,the 11 th meeting of the Central Financial and Economic Commission focused on the construction of transportation and other infrastructure,and focused on networking,network supplementation,and strong chain construction,and strive to improve network efficiency.To this end,the paper focuses on the construction survey of road traffic and other route projects.In view of the current situation that a large number of manual operations are still required for the office statements and there is a disconnect between the office and the field,this paper systematically carried out the research on the integration software of the office and the field,mainly focusing on the calculation model of route elements,the development of integrated software,software testing and application.The main work is summarized as follows:First,the calculation model of tunnel over and under excavation has been studied.The traditional model which hopes to compare the radius to solve the over and under excavation value cannot solve the section position of the measured point.This paper aims to put forward an algorithm that converts it into the forward calculation of plane route coordinates and then iteratively solves it to obtain the over and under excavation value.This algorithm can be applied to straight lines and circular curves at the same time.Calculating the location of the measuring point while obtaining the over and under excavation is conducive to later mapping and annotation.Second,an integrated software for line engineering construction survey has been developed,which has the common functions of route engineering construction surveying and calculation,and achieves the purpose of integration through communication and storage functions,mainly including: using route element method,adapting to various complex route elements,dealing with broken links,adapting to a variety of cross-section forms,and directly calculating tunnel over-under-excavation through three-dimensional coordinates or relative coordinates.Computer terminal provide a variety of auxiliary means to facilitate the user’s operation and use.The mobile phone terminal provides a variety of calculation methods,the measured coordinates of the instrument can be obtained through Bluetooth communication and calculated,or the CASS coordinate file can be directly imported,and the calculation results can be copied and saved as needed.Third,in view of the fact that the existing line calculation software cannot fully meet the calculation requirements of different superelevation methods and different section forms,this software is based on a variety of theoretical data models,which can optimize the route element data,improving the program’s ability to adapt to the needs of different construction scenarios,and adapting to a variety of original data input and output of various calculation results,meeting the unconventional calculation needs in some special cases.Aiming at the defect that the existing line calculation software has poor compatibility between office calculation and common office software,this software compiles various complex route and structure calculation methods into the form of Excel custom functions,and combines Excel’s powerful table data processing capabilities,which not only achieves the output of various types of reports,but also realizes the automatic conversion of data types between software.Fourth,this software has the function of real-time interaction between the mobile terminal data and the field measured data of the total station,and realizes the integrated operation of office calculation and field stakeout.While improving work efficiency,it also avoids errors caused by human operation.This software has passed the verification of actual engineering measurement and stakeout,and gets good on-site feedback. |
