In the context of urban traffic development gradually shifting from incremental construction to stock optimization,traffic managers can optimize the stock of existing road resources through traffic signal control and traffic demand management using congestion pricing.The development of a reasonable traffic management control plan requires traffic managers to grasp the operation of the road network in real-time.This thesis takes the road impedance function as the main entry point,proposes road impedance functions considering the influence of green wave control and travel frequency,and evaluates and compares the function models.The main work of the thesis includes the following two parts.(1)Research on the road impedance function considering the green wave control.The impedance function comprehensively reflects the road travel time of the vehicle and the queuing delay at the intersection.And based on this impedance function,the road impedance function under the influence of the green wave coordinated control is constructed,which is used for the road network traffic assignment under the influence of the intersection cooperative control.The research results show that the R-square of the fitting results of the proposed road impedance function under different control parameters are all bigger than 0.9,which shows that the proposed road impedance function has good robustness.Verification by actual traffic data shows that,compared with the research paradigm of traditional BPR(Bureau of Public Road)function plus intersection delay,this impedance function is closer to the actual road operation.And it can be applied to the traffic assignment of the road network where the green signal ratio of signal lights changes in real-time and contains green wave lanes.(2)Research on the road impedance function considering the travel frequency.This thesis proposes the concept of perceived time value considering travel frequency and income level,then uses perceived time value instead of time value to construct the road impedance function in the congestion charging model,and finally obtains the congestion charging model considering travel frequency.This thesis uses road traffic data to verify the difference in travel frequency of travelers and the rationality of the perceived time value and analyzes the impact of travel frequency on various charging schemes through examples.And the results show that the best congestion toll decreased after considering travel frequency.The above research content respectively improves two parts of road impedance—actual road travel time and external effects of road tolls.When implementing road congestion charging and intersection coordinated control,the improved impedance function can more accurately reflect the road operation,and provide a theoretical basis for traffic managers to formulate reasonable traffic control policies.
