| In this paper,we conduct a series of studies to explore the key success factors for the advancement of the prefabricated building industry,using the ISM and the improved ANP as the main research methods.The main research work of this paper is as follows.(1)Identifying the key influencing factors for the success of the advancement of the prefabricated building industry.Based on the principles and ideas of identifying key influencing factors for success,a two-stage identification method of initial identification in literature and secondary revision by experts was used to identify 21 key success factors for the promotion of the prefabricated building industry.A targeted questionnaire was designed and distributed,and the collected data were tested for reliability and data validity to check the rationality of the identified 21 critical success factors.(2)Construct an analytical model of critical success factors for the promotion of the assembled construction industry.The analysis process and specific steps of the ISM were sorted out,the adjacency matrix was established and the reachability matrix was calculated for the critical success factors of the prefabricated building industry,and the ISM of the critical success factors of the prefabricated building industry was drawn based on the results of the division of critical success factors and the three levels of factors in the ISM were analyzed one by one.(3)Construction of the evaluation model of critical success factors for the promotion of the prefabricated building industry.The ANP was improved to address the limitations of the recursive hierarchy and network hierarchy.Based on the improved ANP,the supermatrix calculation was performed.The weights of the 21 critical success factors were finally solved.(4)Case empirical evidence of critical success factor evaluation for the promotion of the prefabricated building industry.Experts were invited to use three evaluation methods to evaluate the success of the promotion of the prefabricated building industry in CS city.By analyzing the evaluation accuracy,evaluation length,and evaluation implementability of the three evaluation results,the evaluation results of the comprehensive evaluation model based on 21 critical success factors proposed in this paper can best reflect the objective reality,and the evaluation results are the most reliable.Based on the relevant quantitative results in the evaluation process,relevant countermeasures are proposed for the development of CS city’s prefabricated building industry. |
