Research On Residential Elevator Safety Supervision In Area C

As an important means of transportation to get through the last meter of people’s travel,elevator is not only a measure of the level of urbanization,but also a kind of special equipment that is indispensable for people’s daily production,life and work.Once an elevator accident occurs,it is very easy to attract the wide attention of the whole society.Strengthening elevator safety supervision is not only an important part of the performance of duties and responsibilities of regulatory departments at all levels of the government,but also the meaning of building a safe China.This paper focuses on the problems of elevator safety supervision in residential area C under the new situation by using the methods of literature research,comparative research and field investigation.Combined with the vulnerability theory paradigm,collaborative governance theory and risk management theory,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the causes of the elevator safety supervision problems of residential area,and finds out the solutions to the elevator safety supervision of residential area C to achieve good governance The ways and methods of autonomy and co governance provide support for doing a good job in the elevator safety supervision of residential areas under the new situation,reducing the supervision pressure of government departments,resolving social contradictions,promoting economic and social development,filling the gap in the elevator safety supervision of residential areas,providing reference for the decisions of relevant departments,and providing strong support for strengthening public safety management.
