| With the development of technology and cities,more and more high-tech production and experimental research platforms are entering urban building clusters,which are extremely sensitive to environmental vibrations.Rail transit is also an indispensable part of urban development.Therefore,this article takes the vibration isolation platform building structure with precision instruments arranged around high-speed intercity trains as the research object,and conducts micro vibration control research on the impact of vibration loads generated by high-speed intercity trains on the vibration isolation platform structure.Various anti micro vibration measures are taken to solve the problem of anti micro vibration in practical engineering as the overall goal.Through experimental research Conduct analysis by combining on-site vibration measurement and finite element simulation.A new type of anti micro vibration bearing with vertical tension and compression balance is proposed,which is formed by the parallel combination of disc springs and laminated rubber bearings.The mechanical properties of the support,such as vertical compressive stiffness and horizontal stiffness,were obtained through experiments;Obtain the vertical tensile stiffness of the support through theoretical calculation and finite element simulation;Through parameter analysis,it is found that as the number of disc springs in the tensile system continues to increase,the tensile stiffness of the anti micro vibration support gradually increases,and the increase in tensile stiffness slows down.The disc springs adopt different combinations,and the tensile stiffness and deformation ability of the anti micro vibration support change.Based on the internal vibration isolation platform building structure of a certain facility research and development building project,vibration measurements were conducted on two external vibration sources,an intercity train operating tunnel and a road vehicle tunnel,around the project.After preliminary processing of the original vibration acceleration data,time-domain,frequency-domain,and one-third octave methods were used to analyze and study the vibration characteristics of two different vibration sources,high-speed intercity trains and road vehicles.Propose appropriate anti micro vibration schemes for the structure of the isolation platform building,establish a finite element model of the pile soil tunnel building,and rationalize the design parameters of the bottom bearing platform of the isolation platform in the anti micro vibration scheme;Adopting three vibration reduction and isolation measures,including adding basement structures,installing new anti micro vibration bearings,and installing double row piles,to ensure that the vibration isolation platform building structure meets the vibration design requirements of VC-C;Adding a basement structure can reduce the vibration response inside the site to a certain extent.Setting up new anti micro vibration bearings can reduce the impact of external vibration sources on the dynamic response of the structure to a certain extent.Setting up double row piles can reduce the root mean square value and velocity vibration level in three directions of each floor of the structure. |
