Remote sensing satellite resolution,star on the micro vibration on satellite image quality is more and more significant,the influence of micro vibration can cause star space camera optical axis,which reduces the camera image quality,so the space camera is becoming more and more high to the requirement of micro vibration suppression.In order to improve the imaging quality of space camera,this paper studies a kind of space camera based on the engineering implementation of low-frequency passive vibration isolation device,by installing vibration isolator on camera,one vibration isolation by camera,to ensure the space camera image quality meet the requirements.Firstly,the microvibration properties of space camera were studied,and the mechanism of microvibration on the star was introduced,and the characteristics of microvibration were summarized.At the same time,the method of vibration isolation of camera was studied,and the microvibration measurement method was summarized.Second,based on the characteristics of space camera,the camera vibration interference suppression scheme,and puts forward the design of a low frequency vibration isolation device: using vibration isolator to isolation of interference source,at the same time,in order to ensure the launch period of mechanical properties,pressure releasing device for the launch will be compressed by vibration isolator,orbit after release.Based on this scheme,the isolation parameters are calculated and the detailed design of the vibration isolator is carried out.As a result of the traditional fire lock unlock impact is bigger,does not apply to the space camera,therefore designed using memory alloy as unlock driven pressure relief devices.Thirdly,the analysis model of mechanical properties,thermal properties,long-term compression performance of spring and the adaptability of in-orbit environment were analyzed.Finally,the vibration isolation device for mechanics test,the performance of vibration isolation imaging performance reliability verification test and pressure releasing test,through the vibration isolation performance test device and pressure release reliability.
