Abstract/Summary:
Since the 21 st century,China’s comprehensive strength continues to improve,the rural economy and quality of life are also improving.At present,China’s electric power industry into the world’s leading level,the development of rural areas with the rapid development of power distribution facilities,power demand and power load increasing.Most of the household electricity in rural areas comes from the step-down of the abovepole substation,which converts the high voltage of 10 KV into the low voltage of 380 V or 220 V and transmits it to the residential users for the use of several households nearby.Insulation bushing,as the high-voltage and low-voltage winding outlet terminal of transformer on the rod,is the function of connecting,supporting and connecting the ground object insulation.In the long-term operation process,due to the influence of external factors,the condition of insulation bushing is constantly declining,which leads to the damage of the transformer on the rod,even explosion or fire phenomenon,resulting in serious rural power accidents.Therefore,the detection of transformer insulation bushing on rod is an important link in the rural power industry.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of insulation gold bushing,it is of great significance to design a monitoring system for transformer insulation bushing on rod to monitor its own condition and operation environment.In this paper,the possibility and feasibility of designing insulation bushing monitoring system is proved by Using Petri net according to the testing method and actual functional requirements of transformer insulation bushing on pole in rural areas.Design the overall framework of the casing insulation monitoring system,the main use of wireless communication technology,sensor technology and cloud platform structures,systems,the use of multiple sensors to collect insulation casing condition parameters and operation environment,through the data communication technology to form a wireless transmission network upload downward,combined the technology of cloud platform to realize online monitoring of insulation casing;Completed the system hardware design,system hardware part mainly includes the master nodes and terminal nodes,the master node deployment in rural power substation is responsible for the data and instructions to upload the downside,terminal nodes deployed in insulation casing10 kv cable into the line end is responsible for collecting data and detection alarm information and instructions of receiving and execution,realize remote monitoring;The realization of the system software part of the program design,including node and terminal equipment acquisition program and control program design;Developed the system cloud platform application,completed the equipment function configuration,and realized the data visualization during the system operation.The system completed the virtual classroom environment test and real access test equipment,test the operation of the system,and separately for each sensor acquisition function,buzzer alarm threshold,data upload,orders issued,and the cloud applications visualization monitoring function test,the result showed that monitoring system can realize the basic functions of monitoring,conform to the basic target.Figure [82] Table [10] Reference[84]...
