The platform screen doors of rail traffic is a collection of buildings, machinery,materials, electronics and information engineering of high-tech products, used in thesubway and light rail station. Screen doors separate the platform and the train operationarea, through the control system to control the automatic opening and closing, forpassengers to create a safe, comfortable travel environment.This paper mainly includes the following several parts. Firstly, according to thebidding documents, technical liaison meeting records, the establishment ofthree-dimensional model of the whole screen door prototype, and according to the site ofwind load and the crowd extrusion load requirements, the shielding door frame structure todo the finite element analysis, to ensure that the frame structure of the whole shieldingdoor meet technical requirements;Secondly, for the rail traffic shielding door siteinstallation is difficult to adjust the problem, choose connection mode for C-slotsembedded with T type bolt connection mode to replace the conventional rod and bar, theconnection mode, which can not only ensure the shielding door for on-site installationstrength and deformation, the more important thing is the maximum adjustment, increasedthe amount of transverse shielding door. Good to meet the installation requirementsnow;Again, this problem of insulation between rail transit shield door and the platform’sconstruction, this paper gives a new insulation scheme, that is, between the two insulatingsleeve join the rubber sleeve, through the bolt fastening extrusion, to produce deformation,in order to fill insulation and metal parts between the gap, in order to achieve the desiredeffect of insulation the. And many experiments by simulating the site environment and thepractical application of the scene, the insulation effect is very ideal, meet the insulationrequirements; finally, this paper introduces the design of shielding door drive system andcontrol system.
